GOT7 members Youngjae and BamBam have paid tribute to fellow K-pop stars Rain and Nichkhun of 2PM on the latest airing of SBS MTV reality show “I GOT7.”

During the sixth episode of the show, which went to air on June 24, the two members were asked to talk about what gave them “good luck.”

Youngjae revealed that he takes inspiration from a phone call he once had with the 2PM star. According to the GOT7 member, Nichkhun took the opportunity to compliment Youngjae on his good looks. He also disclosed the fact that his GOT7 bandmates still call him “Nichkinvi,” a nickname that makes reference to Nichkhun’s kind words.

BamBam named Rain as his source of “good fortune.” He explained that, during his childhood in Thailand, his mother’s interest in the solo star helped him develop his own interest in K-pop. He also mentioned the fact that he once won a Rain cover dance competition in his native country, an event which helped him take a step towards becoming a star in his own right.

Got7’s Young Jae and Bam Bam expressed their gratitude towards Nichkhun and Rain.

June 24’s broadcast of SBS MTV’s I Got 7 will feature the Got7 members sharing about people or things that have brought them good luck.

When asked what brought him luck, Young Jae answered, “2PM’s Nichkhun hyung,” reasoning that thanks to the 2PM member naming Young Jae as the best looking member of Got7, he earned the image of being the ‘visual’ of the group.

Bam Bam answered, “Rain sunbaenim.” He revealed that he was able to achieve his dream of becoming a singer thanks to his mother, who is a big fan of Rain. He was also able to debut after winning the first place in Rain’s cover dance competition.

Mark then made everyone laugh by saying, “My symbol for good luck is clothespin. Because I have never lost in a game that used a clothespin for punishment.”

The official trailer for Rain's upcoming film "The Prince" was released today.

The singer and actor worked with Bruce Willis in the action thriller movie, directed by Brian A. Miller.

Rain left for the states back in November to work on the movie, which is set to release on August 22.

The Korean pop star has been furthering his acting career since being discharged from the military in July of last year.

Rain attended the 17^th Annual Shanghai International Film Festival on June 14. The 32-year-old stepped onto the red carpet with the cast of his movie, "Difficult Love," also known as "Lu Shui Hong Yan."

The actor was photographed with his co-star Liu Yifei and even took a selfie with Chinese actress Gong Li, who was attending the film festival as a jury.

"Difficult Love" is set to be released on November 11 in China.

Rain made his comeback to the Korean music industry earlier this year, as soon as he fulfilled his mandatory military service.

The singer released his album "Rain Effect" under Cube Entertainment on January 2, 2014, along with music videos for his singles "30 Sexy" and "La Song," according to Billboard.

Rain composed the songs and wrote the lyrics to all the tracks on his sixth studio album, according to rappler.com.

His track "30 Sexy" has been described as "an electrifying dance jam charged with knocking hip-hop drumbeats and sticky synths, in which Rain surely seduces women confidently gushing about being 30 and sexy."

In the music video, Rain is seen fully clothed, which is surprising, as he's been known to go topless during his performances.

"In the past, I used to present scenes of clothes being torn off and my torso exposed. I decided to come up with something different this time," stated Rain.

His other single "La Song" was reportedly produced with a specific event in mind.

"I made this song so football fans can sing along and cheer their favorite teams during the (Brazil) World Cup," the "Ninja Assassin" star explained.
