i'm fallen in love of one song, on episode 9, when Bun Sang lost all his works (damnt President Jang..he's a old jerk!!!)and he drink something with his friend at bar (on 27minutes), there is this song so good!!!!

Edited out scenes

I did not read the scripts while watching WIAN last year. But I know there were some discussions here about those edited out scenes (in fact i think those scenes were not even filmed, and was edited out of the final script already). I was frustrated myself. While doing the final episode, I get to read the script thoroughly and I must say I get more frustrated...

But anyhow, I get to enjoy Episode 17 with these edited scenes in mind. Let me try and share those scenes once again since I know a lot of you / us will be watching / currently watching episode 17 once again with the English Subs.

what's weird, those edited scenes actually appeared right where i have my own what-happens-next moments

NOTE: as usual my translations/understanding of the scenes may be incorrect

EP17 deleted scene 1

Cho Hee and Bum Sang just reconciled after a petty quarrel (initiated by Bum Sang ). Cho Hee's mind, though she said she still feels empty, is at least free from all the troubles she had in the past. They were all alone in Bum Sang's place. After sharing a can of beer each. What (could have) happens next?

Cho Hee stands up after drinking her beer.

Cho Hee: I have to go now.

Bum Sang: Why? You're going already?

Cho Hee: It's late now. (picks up some garbage from their take-out dinner) You take care of the rest (of the garbage). I'm going. (picks up her bag and started leaving)

Bum Sang: Ya! Where are you going?

Bum Sang tried to held Cho Hee back by holding her arm. I think Cho Hee tried to shake him off too strongly that's why Bum Sang fell.

Che Hee: (slightly panicking) Are you hurt? Are you ok? I'm sorry... (helps bum sang to his feet)

Bum Sang instead draw Cho Hee closer to him in an embrace.

Cho Hee: (panicking) Uhm... Kim Bum Sang... I... have to go...

Bum Sang: (comes closer and closer to Cho Hee with his eyes burning with passion)

Cho Hee: (heart pounds)

Bum Sang: (almost kissed Cho Hee)

The two of them got distracted with the sound of a cellphone. Both were surprised. The moment was ruined.

Cho Hee was startled. And her legs hit the corner of the table as she turns around. (ouch!)

The ringing sound on Bum Sang's phone (in his shirt pocket) is getting louder.

Bum Sang panics and dropped his phone while trying to answer it hurriedly.

Cho Hee picks up the phone and hands it over quickly. The phone was broken (?).

Cho Hee: (embarssed) It's not broken...

Bum Sang: That... yeah....

Cho Hee: Ya! How'd you know the phone was not broken.

Bum Sang: Ah, this phone... it's ok. It's made of tempered glass (thick glass - LG Secret - touch screen is shielded with Tempered Glass lol )

Cho Hee: Oh... I'm going now.

Bum Sang: I'll take you home.

Cho Hee: (stepping backwards). No! Don't go out! Don't go out! I'll go alone... You don't have to go out!!!

Cho Hee with her bag, quickly ran out. Bum Sang tried catching Cho Hee.

Cho Hee (once again looked back) I told you not to go out anymore! I'm going. (abruptly leaves)

Bum Sang: Ya! Heo Cho Hee!

And the door was closed right in front of Bum Sang's nose!

Bum Sang: Aishi! This can't be!

Cho Hee was standing stiffly against the front door of Bum Sang's apartment.

Cho Hee: (breathing heavily) she said something but i can't make it out... but it's like 'i think i'm going to die' then she went around and left Bum Sang's place

EP17 deleted scene 2

Cho Hee enters Bum Sang's office to give him some paperworks. Bum Sang teases Cho Hee by asking her whether she has something to say. She said she has nothing to say naively. Bum Sang tries to corner Cho Hee, but as he attempts to kiss her, they were interrupted by Chief Noh (who doesn't know how to knock)

What happens next? Nah! We all know how embarrassed Cho Hee felt and how Bum Sang pretended to be angry with her. But what did we miss? Here's how the scene should be

Note: This happens the morning at the Cultural Properties Office, after Cho Hee ran out of Bum Sang's place the night before.

Bum Sang's Office.

Flashback: The scene last night when Cho Hee and Bum Sang almost kissed.

Bum Sang: The beginning was perfect... why does it have to be ruined like that (glared angrily at his cellphone). It's because of this f@cking cellphone!

Aish... I'm a player before (not sure with the trans, but maybe Bum Sang was trying to tell himself that it was not a big challenge for him before to lure women since he's a certified player)

Then he hears a knock. Heo Cho Hee enters.

Bum Sang: (coldly) Oh... anything?

Cho Hee: (stiffly holding documents): Here is the list of the items

that need your appraisal. When you're done, send the report to Director Na.

Bum Sang: Oh... ok. Got it. Do you have something to say?

Cho Hee: Say what? (with a blank look). Oh.... yesterday... I want to apologize for leaving just like that.

Bum Sang: Apologize?

Cho Hee: (suddenly sits on top of Bum Sang's desk and twist her neck sexily) - sorry I can't explain well, but just probably imagine this NG scene, it seems something like that to me:

Bum Sang: (perplexed) Ya! Heo Cho Hee?

Cho Hee still with the hot and provocative expression on her face, suddenly grabs unties Bum Sang's necktie.

Bum Sang: Why is this/ This is why ??? (??? 이게 왠 떡이냐)

(a few action descriptions here that i can't make out) Cho Hee started unbuttoning Bum Sang's shirt one by one.

As Cho Hee comes closer and closer he falls down on / off (don't know if on or off) the chair.

Cho Hee shoved things on top of Bum Sang's desk (???) there were something like plastic cups that created a loud sound.

When the plastic cups touched the floor it created crisp sound and the clutter causing a distraction.

(writer's note: dream sequence is until this part only)

The dozing Bum Sang wakes up suddenly breaking his dream.

Still trying to adjust to his waking self and his environment. He looks around. It was just a dream. It was just a dream.

Bum Sang (shaking his head): I'm going crazy! I'm going crazy! Why did I dream something like that.

He then hears knock on his door. And Cho Hee enters the room.

and now, that's the start of the scene that we know.

Now I'm thinking that Bum Sang must have been thinking about his dream when he suddenly asks Cho Hee if she has anything to say to him. Maybe thinking that ploy can lead to something similar to his dream.

EP17 deleted scene 3

This is another one of my what-happens-next moments.

Cho Hee just had a good cry after reminiscing their family's happy moments. It seems she already let go of his dad. Bum Sang and Cho Hee just reconciled after another petty quarrel. They are in a close embrace (as Bum Sang console Cho Hee). It was late at night. They were alone in Cho Hee's place since Gyoon was not around. What (could have) happens next?

On the script, I think they opened the "time capsule" on the village and not on Cho Hee's place.

Cho Hee and Bum Sang enters Cho Hee's place together. Bum Sang looks a little tired.

Cho Hee: Were you tired today?

Bum Sang: I'm not.

Cho Hee: Not? What are you talking about? You drove and walked all day long. You sit down and rest for a bit. I'll just prepare dinner. (?)

Bum Sang: Ya, Heo Cho Hee...

Cho Hee already left him and went to the kitchen.

Bum Sang smiled as he sits against a wall. He looks around Cho Hee's house.

For some reasons he feels cozy and comfortable (in her house).

Cho Hee went out of the kitchen.

Cho Hee: Bum Sang, let's eat.

But she saw Bum Sang sleeping against the wall. Cho Hee went and look at the sleeping Bum Sang.

Cho Hee: ... just eat this when you wake up...

Cho Hee thought of putting some cushions around Bum Sang so that he'll be more comfortable. But Bum Sang remains stationary, it was difficult for Cho Hee to move him.

Cho Hee gently held Bum Sang's head with her hands.

But at that exact time, Bum Sang's hand caught Cho Hee's wrist (???)

Bum Sang gently opens his eyes (raises his eyes). Cho Hee was startled.

Cho Hee: Uhm... Thi... This... No... I'm just... trying to make you sleep more comfortable.

Bum Sang looks at Cho Hee softly.

Cho Hee tried avoiding Bum Sang's eyes.

Bum Sang: ...Heo Cho Hee.

Bum Sang softly stares at Cho Hee intently. At that time, Cho Hee can no longer avoid Bum Sang's gaze.

They look at each other's eyes.

Bum Sang gently gets closer to Cho Hee's face and kissed her lips tenderly.

Cho Hee kissed him back (literal: Cho Hee accepts Bum Sang's kisses).

Their kisses became more and more passionate. (phew! it's 2am in my place, why is it so hot?)

And then, they fell (on the floor) with each other. (ooops sorry for the lousy last line... dunno how to say it better... but you know what I mean right? ㅋㅋㅋㅋ)

Why were these scenes deleted???!!!!

I would have enjoyed EP17 more if these are included.

Though looking at the director's point of view, he may be right on deciding to edit these scenes out.

But the fangirl in me still screams "Not Fair!"
