I think this is something they do to help with the cramping of the legs. If you remember, Yul told Prince William to do this too when he visited the palace. It was the part when they were sitting and watching Chaegyung play the flute.

This is just my thought. There are other things in other korean dramas that I wonder about too. For example, why they prick their fingers when they have indigestion or why they rub their ears after touching something hot.

does touching your nose with your finger really help with the cramping of the legs? im curious if it really works heheh

btw, is it true that JJH has increased his price per drama episode to 10 times that he was paid in goong? Is it just b/c he doesn't want to be in Goong 2 so he's increasing the price?

there's no pt in watching goong 2 if there's no JJH with YEH.

but i do agree that if the PD and scriptwriters don't make goong 2 as good as the 1st one then that might actually pull JJH's and YEH's popularity level down.

im looking at the meanings of korean names and shin means "faith" or "trust" so lets have some faith or trust and hope that he'll come back for goong 2

according to some translated news in chinese from kdocn, its said that JJH's agency is hiking his fees 10times more than what he's being paid for in Goong 1. MBC 'retaliated' by releasing news that they could/would replace Shin's role with another actor...

both sides are playing games...

I would think its the agency who is 趁火打劫 (to rob during a fire) now that JJH is so popular.. hopefully they can compromise their terms soon, if JJH is not playing Shin, Goong 2 will lose many viewers since most people are not accustomed to the idea of someone else palying Shin... MBC isn't so stupid to really replace JJH also...

i just gotta ask to clarify the whole situation surrounding the impact of that live interview.

in ep21, Shin & CG had a convo about the interview... around 11:59

CG: I don't know what's what anymore.

But, you know, I was also serious then.

I didn't know that the divorce.. my fight against the Palace's jurisdiction

was something I could say in one moment, something

that would be stupid, to do when I spoke of a divorce.

1. when CG said she was serious "then" - did she mean her decision to agree to the marriage? otherwise what was it?

2. how to interpret the next 2 "if" statements, were they CG's hopes and basis for agreeing to the marriage?

ie. she had hoped to learn the ropes and mature in the Palace and that Shin would fall for her - is that what she meant?

3. the last few statements also made me quite confused....

did she mean that she never expected that her mention of divorce had such devastating effect on Shin & her?

or did she mean that due her over-ernest desire to fight against the Palace, she now regrets her impulsive outburst with the "divorce" word?

any input will certainly help to extract the fullness of the script and story for perfect enjoyment. thanks!

err.. i think itz HIS agency that is hiking his fees higher.

i Dun think JJh is the one wanting to do this because he didnt even want to accept the fees for the extra last 4 episodes the other time around.

I think itz his damm hell greedy company that is asking for fees like these.

personally, i think he shld switch company before they ruin his career by releasin LOUSY news like these
