I like the way Young Jin just says what she thinks and seems to fearless. Very refreshing and convincing. And I like the fact that Chae Rim/Young Jin is always wearing the same, her uniform. Don't get distracted and more realistic. But do female bodyguards have to wear (high) heels? Can't they just wear flat shoes? Anybody knows?

Yes, I was wondering the same thing. I can't imagine someone can run, jump and do martial arts on those heels. But Chae rim sure did it with ease! Me, walk in them for one whole day and my feet can take it anymore. I think this is maybe just in the drama because Chae-rim is quite short compare to the two main leads. May be in real life, female bodyguards still wear heels but more chunky heels or just flat shoes, I think.

I tried not to watch the drama without subs but it is really hard resisting the temptation!

She was definately annoying as soon as she appeared and I have feeling she'll continue being annoying.

 

 

It seem she went to

school with SH so she's very comfortable with the President's family and also, it sounds like there might be talk of marriage between the two. Obviously it's not love for SH but when he refuses to do "public" work for his punishment, she threatened him that she'll go to the newspapre and announce their "engagement".

The media person. The doctor of all PR nightmares with a flashy smile. And I’m already seeing her role from a mile away, the token female villain … without her guns--- she uses her bitchiness, constant eyebrow raising, rolling eyes, and fluttering eyelashes to get what she wants. And I think I’ve seen it in several dramas already in 2004. Well, I do hope I am wrong.

 

 

She seems like a mere distraction at this point, but the winning formula comes as the triangle finally forms.

this drama is getting better with each episode. i like the fact that the writer's starting to reveal there's more to SH than the whinings. he was concerned when he remembered how YJ stayed behind to fight the thugs so he called her. he then acted like a jealous little kid when he overheard YJ/GP's conversations behind closed doors. the scene where YJ kidded GP about maybe liking her. he felt the atmosphere in the room was too good for two ppl who are on suspension and made it known to the two of them. i can't wait to see more of these three leads' interactions as the story progresses.

 

 

 

i already dislike the added media person. she's giving me a very bad vibe. although she's supposedly engaged to SH, she seemed quite interested in GP.

Thanks imogene for your episode summaries; I am able to understand the story more even without the English subs. The interaction of Young Jin, Gwang Pil and Soo Ho in episode 4 already gave hints that their lives will be entertwined. Chae Rim is great in this role; her facial expressions are priceless and even without talking, she can convey more with a raised eyebrow or sideway glances. I like the wry expression of Gwang Pil which is a good contrast to Soo Hoo's passionate and in your face personality. I can see Young Jin and Soo Ho falling for each other in that they both have similar personalities. I am not impressed with the actress who plays the media girl. She looks too girlish for the role and whoever is her stylist should be fired. Her clothes are tacky and cheap looking and her huge earrings are a distraction. Who wears shimmery clothes during daytime? Granted that maybe she is rich and has the right credentials to be a president's son's girl, however, her clothes do not make her look classy at all. I really enjoy Chaerim's character, it's just so strong and unusual for a female lead character in korean dramas. I love how she potrays her character, she just doesn't want to show herself as a vulnerable I like the way Young Jin just says what she thinks and seems to fearless. Very refreshing and convincing. And I like the fact that Chae Rim/Young Jin is always wearing the same, her uniform. Yes, I was wondering the same thing. I can't imagine someone can run, jump and do martial arts on those heels. But Chae rim sure did it with ease! Me, walk in them for one whole day and my feet can take it anymore. I think this is maybe just in the drama because Chae-rim is quite short compare to the two main leads. May be in real life, female bodyguards still wear heels but more chunky heels or just flat shoes, I think.

Haha...her high heels were the first thing I noticed about her wardrobe, but when you see her walking with the other bodyguards, you realize just how short she is compared to them. I guess, if the costume designer were to be more realistic and put CR in some decent shoes, she would look super-duper short next to LJH and LJW. So, looks over practicality on this one.

My dear.. after you download both files ( part A & B )- use HJ Split http://www.freebyte.com/hjsplit to join the 2 files together. You should be able to get 1 avi file at the end. Let us know if you need more help.

After opening the hjsplit program click on join and then click on the input tab and browse your comp .

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Then select the file which ends in .001 .

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

the output will be done by the program and then you just have to click start and you will get a single .avi file in the same folder.
