People who audition need to stay in this entertainment for at least a year before you could leave this entertainment. After one year if you still want to stay you could but you will have to stay for 6 month before you could leave the entertainment.

does this mean that if we are able to get in, we cant do other out of the entertainment stuff

like collabo at other forums or with friends etc? o.O?

you could do it but you have to be commit and dedicate to shiny stone entertainment also
