The Outsiders. really good book. from the 1970's and ended up as a movie in the 80's i think.

i'm glad you like it. i hate the book and the movie.

I just finished reading My Sister's Keeper by Jodi Picoult.

I cried. Seriously, it's amazing with a completely unexpected ending. I skipped over a few parts because I thought it was boring at first, but then it got really good. I want to see the movie.

Also, Sarah Dessen is an awesome writer. I just read Lock and Key which is amazing. So far, I've read Just Listen (which got me hooked), This Lullaby, and The Truth About Forever. She writes about hard topics like abandonment, eating disorders, death, rape, etc.

"Jane Eyre" by Charlotte Bronte

It took me a while to give it a shot because I thoroughly disliked "Pride & Prejudice" but hearing that beautiful quote in "Definitely Maybe" pushed me to pick this particular Bronte book up. And so far, it seems promising
