wrong. It's the mercury. Hydroquinone doesn't decrease your IQ, but it increases your risk for cancer. =) 'tis why it was banned. :D

I did a research on this, and while it does work on lightening the acne marks, it seems that most of the people that tried this were having a breakout because of it. Umm I think I'm gonna try Godiva products instead.
