Song Hye-kyo praised for love scene

Chinese media showered praise on actress Song Hye-kyo on Wednesday for her performance in the movie “The Queens.”

Based on a novel of the same name and directed by Annie Yi, the movie follows the life of a top actress.

In the movie, Song plays the part of Annie, a leading actress whose life meets a turning point after she breaks up with a long-time lover.

The movie opened across China on Thursday.

The scene that drew Chinese media’s attention is Song’s love scene with Chinese actor Dou Xiao.

A number of Chinese news outlets said that Song executed the scene professionally and that her performance added to the overall completeness of the movie.

According to the reports, Song said that she decided to shoot the scene because she felt that it was crucial to her role.

ive already seen some photos of guests/chinese stars at the BIFF red carpet event but no SHK nor any cast from IAQ aka The Queens"  but why o why???? i was expecting the IAQ team will show up at the red carpet
