    I also want Bora to know about DS-JH's feeling for each other. Apart from being the wisest and oldest among them, it is also a way to strengthen the bond between sisters. Remember, the old DS and BR's relationship is so much different from their younger selves. They don't shout to each other anymore. And when BR put her cigarette toDS's glass, the latter didn't quarrel her sister. She just let it pass.

    I think JH and Taek or even any of the boys have deeper brotherhood compared to that of crazy little thing bro-hood. These Ssangmundong boys are like brothers from different parents.

    Taek is as important as Deok Sun in Jung Hwan's perspective, so he can;t afford to lose both. And really, given their age in the series; it's understandable that he's at lost at what to do and is keeping a  low-key movement.

    Yeah, but given more time, he will know what to do. And that will be the essence of the time jump, I think.

    @wizengamotCrazy Little Thing Called Love..yeah, but the difference with r97 is they are real brothers. And Yoonjae's brother is the one who became like a parent to him since their parents passed away. Honestly, YJ's situation is quite more difficult compared to JH. Both situations are difficult though. But his situation only between friends. JY's is between real brother..related by blood.

    @kasjady Even if there is no confession, if there will be a kiss before the time jump, it's like a confirmation that whoever kissed first like the other person even if they can't say it in words. And if the other person kisses back, it means he/she likes the other person, too. I don't care about the confession anymore. Just give us a kiss, writer-nim/PD-nim...

    That "Bro Code" reminds me of a Thai movie starring Mario Maurer. He likes the girl since the first time they met but later he learned that his bestfriend also likes the girl. Since the bestfriend is the first one who confessed, he needed to step back even if he liked the girl first. After several years, they met again. I think DS and JH's story will be quite similar.

    I think there's no such rule for girls. I remember before, me and my bestfriend has the same crush when I was in high school. And we're both fine with that. I think there would be an issue if the guy became the bestfriend'sbf then after they broke up, he will court the other girl.

    Regarding the "going to school too early scene". I think JH stopped it so that DS won't have to wake up too early. LOL!

    They made sure to replicate all those things JH did for DS. It's nice to see that this time, it's DS who is doing all these things.

     

    I really want to get a flashback. There are some scenes that I'm really curious about. The McDonald scene where DS called JH. I want to see how JH reacted on the phone and what he did after. Also, when DS and her friends went to her house and found JH at the door, then he called DS for a while to talk. They never showed us their conversation. I also wanted to see what DS bought for JH during the Manito game (i'm sure this one they will show on the later episode).

    I think episode 13 will be full of sweet and romantic scenes of our OTP, then they will leave the Taek issue as a cliffhanger. Then episode 14 will be about Taek, then the last part will be the cliffhanger for the timeskip. Let's prepare our hearts, yeorobun!

    Btw, is it true that there will be a delay in broadcast for R88 next month? If I'm not mistaken, the episodes 17 & 18 will be delayed. So, there will be a week wherein there's no broadcast of R88.

    really sorry if I insult anyone but for me it s the first time I see him and believe me I am very into K dramas the last 4 years.

    Basically , except DS parents and Taek 's father I did not recognize anyone else.

    RJY is a new discovery for me and from now I ll pay attention to him.He is an excellent actor.

    My first drama with PBG is Naeil's Cantabile. He's the second lead there. Then, I Remember You. The lead and his older brother in that drama is R97's Yeonjae, SEo Inguk..

    Aside from PBG, i also know Sunwoo. PBG and GKP are together in the drama Naeil's Cantabile. I like GKP's character there that's why I was excited when I heard his casting for R88. I really thought he's the lead.

     

    Btw, this is the very first kdrama that I've watched that the sub-couple already hugged many times and kissed twice while the main OTP haven't done anything. LOL!

     

    When I first saw R97, I knew from the very start that it will be Yoonjae..In R94, i skipped several episodes because it is so obvious that it will be Trash (though i'm a CB-NJ shipper). Now, I know I won't be wrong. It will be JH based on the flow of the story.

     

    I think the reason why the writer didn't expect R88 to be a hit because of the negative comments on the show for casting Hyeri. Even my kpop friends who earlier watch R97 don't want to watch R88 because of her.

    I hope the concert will happen before Taek went missing so that the first kiss will happen. Why do I feel that it will be DS who will confess first? I just hope JH will not answer like what Shiwon said in R97. It will really break my heart. Even if I know they will be together later. I hope he will just say, "I like you, too. But, what do you expect me to do? Taek likes you, too." 

    He needs to tell DS the reason. But, why do I feel he won't? Ugh! I'm like crazy imagining things here. LOL!

    The moment JH's mom said that if he continues to go to school too early, he might end up going to Harvard, that was the time I realized that he might really go to Harvard in the timeskip. If you notice, in previous installments, they (both for 97) went to other places. Though in 97, Shiwon and Yoonjae only went to Seoul, not abroad. Still, it's enough reason for them to not see each other. Since 88 takes place in Seoul, the only option is to go abroad.

    @melissalai agree with you. I also think JH will confess before the timeskip but DS will also know that TK likes her. That will leave her conflicted as well, just like what's happening with JH right now. That's why before the timeskip, they won't be together. Thus, JH will try to date other girls.I'm just wondering how they will make the timeskip more rational between DS and JH since they live in the same neighborhood. Maybe it's JH who will go to Harvard (or any school abroad), not BR? JH is smart, too. Plus, they have the money.

    Then after 5 years, when JH gets back, they will both realize that they still love each other. And at that time, TK already found a new girl.

    I think it will be around episode 15 at least. When they confess to each other, the next problem will be how they will tell Taek about their relationship. Since Taek has a difficulty of accepting loss, and maybe rejection, too. That's my theory..Hoping it will be true..I want to see them date secretly..just like BR and SW. :blush:

    @wizengamot I agree with you. At this moment, it's obvious that JH is the endgame. OTP separations exist in all kdramas. Though it depends on the drama how long they will be apart. When the OTP separates, that's when the second lead steps up. But in the end, the girl always goes back to the arms of the hero. And also, the future DS said that JH dates lots of girls before her. For that statement to become true, they need to separate. We just need to prepare our hearts. We still have a long way to go..there are still 9 episodes left. Our couple won't be in each other's arms for a few episodes, I think. But I'm hoping it will not last too long. Because I might stop watching the show if my heart can't take the angst anymore.. :-(

    P.S.

    But i'll surely watch it again if our OTP reunites.

    Guys, I really curious about the alley scene.. I read from many portal, some said that JH havingsoberamd try to control it when he noticed DS as a real woman,and another thought said that DS looking down because she notices they are to close and she trying to get back to the wall.. Which one is you think the reason?  Sorry for asking this, but i don't know where should I ask about it, since this is the only threads we can make a discussion and we understand each other..

    About the alley scene...You noticed that JH put his hand on the wall? It seems like he wants to put some space between him and DS. I think there's something happening down there and he doesn't want DS to notice. The camera focused on the chest part so i think that was what triggered it.
