@Kris Coko-thank you for finding such a gorgeous collection of pics of our boy...it's an exquisite set!! But It just made me miss him the way he looked lol! He looks so painfully thin and exhausted in some of the pics from the recent concerts that I just want to feed him! I just hope that once the tour is over his friends and family will fatten him up .....at least we know he LOVES food lol
BTW-I am really impressed with that railway cart GD project. Thats mighty impressive. I love that some fans out there are so pro-active and actually do stuff. I'm super glad GD got to see it.

My daughter speaks and understands Korean so she could sing along while I was totally mesmerized by his stage presence. @Wendy Ho-thank you so much for sharing with us your experience from the concert but did I understand this correctly that you will see him in 3 concerts in total (Seoul, Singapore & Bangkok)?????!!! OMG! If that's true then WOW!!! GD is really lucky to have a fan like you who is so devoted. I am totally jealous because I would love to do the same! By the way, good idea about no fancam at the Bangkok concert, I think you should just enjoy it. I know it's lovely to have a souvenir from the concert by filming a little bit of it but I think you miss out a lot of the enjoyment if you try to film all of it.
BTW @xtlover15, @KimJongKookie, @Kris Cokoand @Wendy Ho... I am SO SO SO SUPER EXCITED as I finally managed to buy GD's concert tickets for the Melbourne, Australia show!!!! YAY!!!! I am on cloud 9! The seats I have will require binoculars lol but I don't care, as I told Kris I will be delighted just to share the same space with Jiyong and be part of history
. I couldn't afford better seats as I still have to travel 800kms to the venue and pay for accomodation but as far as I'm concerned it's all worth it. @Wendy Hoplease tell me if it's possible to buy the BB glow stick at GD's concert?

It is a very different genre and something very unfamiliar and new to Korean film. It is true the movie may not appeal to the average mainstream movie goer. I think the negative reviews stems from the fact the movie was marketed as an action thriller when it's really not. It explores darker subjects like the human mind and delusions mixed with fantasy. The bed scene was necessary to show the second JTY's desire for lust, power and money. The film's intended audience is for adults so it is fiting to act out these scenes. It is not a family drama where people kiss with their lips sealed shut and eyes wide open.
Also KSH's acting is top notch in this movie, he plays two different characters and those characters also have split personalities of their own so you can say he played multiple characters. Each of those characters have their own nuances down to the tone of their voices. He's really an amazing actor. While the movie itself may receive negative comments, you cannot nitpick on KSH's acting.
Some immature fans may feel disappointed that KSH decided to work on this movie but the majority of fans who have seen it have much greater respect for him as an actor, one who is not afraid to go out of his comfort zone and take on risks. He said during his rookie days that he wants to be a trusted actor who is not limited to any type of role or genre. He has made it to the top and still stand by his words. Our love and respect for him only grow stronger through this experience. He is not only a great actor but also a great role model. Please keep following your dreams and passion KSH, we got your back. LOVE YOU SO SO MUCH!!!
@yuzu16-I love KSH and used to be quite frequent on this thread but then I got sidetracked waiting for the REAL movie to come out by becoming a VIP lol [as in Bigbang] and lost track of time when the movie was coming out. Nevertheless, I will always be fond of KSH so I quickly looked up the reviews now and was horrified when I read how much criticism the movie has received. Mostly I was horrified for KSH because I know how seriously he takes acting and how much the criticism will hurt him. What KSH needs to know is that there are some mature fans like yourself who really appreciate his work. I absolutely loved your post. I wish KSH would read it. You said it so well!
I haven't seen the movie myself but your post is so intelligent that I trust I would probably feel the same way. I know KSH wanted to try something different, it's one of the things I really respect him for. He doesn't want to take an easy way out by doing same type of dramas but wants to improve and vary his roles so that he can grow as an actor. I think it's important to remember that fans will always be disappointed with SOMETHING or other and you can't please everyone. I will try to watch the movie myself so that I can form my own opinion but I applaud you for your comments!

@Kris Coko- I don't know where and how you always find these great unseen (at least by me!) pics. Do you know what year they were taken? I can't place them in a timeline, GD always manages to look so different. .Could it be during the era when he filmed "Baby Goodnight"MV with TOP?
Also, I know this is random but I am referring to the gifs of GD hugging Taeyang at the Chanel Event recently - can I say just HOW MUCH I LOVE the way GD hugs....the way he wraps his arms so wholeheartedly, these hugs are so honest and warm...can I have one too lol?
Thank you @xtlover15for keeping us updated with the tour pics. I knew I won't be able to stay away (initially I didn't want to be spoiled until I saw the concert myself but I gave up lol). I know you saw BB few times in a concert but are you going to see GD during his tour?
@Wendy Ho- I am sure I've seen your posts from GD's concert few pages back!! Thank you for sharing the fancams! Please tell me if you enjoyed it? What about your daughter? Did she like it?

OMG! This is the funniest thing I've seen this year...TOP pinching GD's nipple and then GD trying to do the same to Taeyang....gosh, they were so young and innocent and carefree back then. Don't get me wrong I know how many hardships they've gone through when they were young but when I think of all the recent dramas it's just so nice to see these pics and see them having fun and mucking around! I miss them all so much.
@Kris Coko-you will always be my ultimate gif maker! Bless you for making these stunning Vidal Sassoon gifs! Very dreamy! AND YES that ELLE Korea photoshoot!!! All images are amazing. GD's wide eyes in that BW pic made my heart skip a beat!! He looks so stunning. I have to say that I have always been a fan of ELLE photo shoots, they always manage to capture the star's beauty without compromising who they are.
I wonder how our baby is holding up in the concerts. He looks a bit tired and it's such a long way to go....then again, he's been doing this all his life so for him doing a concert is probably like me going to the office to work lol

@Kris Coko-I missed you!! I had no one to admire GD's beautiful lips with! YEEEESSS those Elle photoshoot pics (and ESPECIALLY the portrait one you mentioned!) are amazing and so swoon-worthy!! He looks breathtakingly beautiful. I am really enjoying the way he is styled at the moment (but yes, he's waaaay too skinny and you can count his ribs!). I always LOVE his Elle pics. They manage to capture his coolness and gorgeousness...
I LOVE GDAE and the way GD does the piggyback...he always looks so cute being carried!

I wasn't going to spoil myself (with the costumes and stage set) before I saw him in concert personally but I knew it will be impossible to stay away lol. It looks like the whole night was a huge success! YAY!! I love the theme...Now keeping fingers crossed that the rest of the tour goes smooth. It was wonderful to see Daesung & Taeyang there too. I presume Seungri is away somewhere. I do love to see the boys supporting each other.

GD looks so vulnerable in some of these pics....I'm dying. Who else could pull off looking HOT while "roughed up"! He is a MASTER of re-invention. Just wait for all the newbies to start copying his style. And I love the pics from the concert! He looks amazing!! Thank God that horrid fashion phase from December is long gone lol
Also with Top pulling through I'm sure it was a huge relief to GD because he can concentrate on touring now a bit easier. GD's smile seemed genuine

I see from the concert track-list that IU featured in "Missing You". It's such a fan-favourite and I always wonder who will sing with him. I am dying to know who'll feature in that song in US and Australia as I don't expect IU will be travelling with him. Any theories on why the Australian concert tickets haven't been released yet?

Ignore my last post begging for help...I had a major blonde-moment lol. I have tracked GD's album through Apple Music...and then finally iTunes (don't ask Lol). I reckon that's why it's only #3 in Australia (and not #1) because it's so obscure to find lol!!
I really hope @KimJongKookiethat your post about TOP being awake is true because if so I can FINALLY relax and listen to GD's album with a smile on my face instead of an aching heart!

HELP!!! I need help from Aussie VIPS.... I rushed home from work today to buy GD's album .... Where I live I am about 30 minutes ahead of South Korea (time wise) so I drove from work like a bat out of hell, threw my handbag on the couch and put my computer on to buy it via iTunes (I like to have it on both home computer and my iPhone) but it's not available!!! I keep re-freshing the iTunes store over and over but it's still not available!! WHYYYYYYYYYY?
I have been hanging out for this album soo much and I almost took a day off work for this lol.... Can someone help me or tell me why it's not available? What's the story with international releases??
I bought GD's and BB's albums before from iTunes so I assure you I am looking in the right place .....
I haven't seen GD's MV yet because it's going to be a "revered" experience tonight in about 30 minutes lol... I wasn't about to rush through it! You know, I'll have to put on soft candlelight, curl up on the couch and make the whole house go quiet....then I will enjoy it like a delicious dessert... I did my hardest to avoid spoilers when scrolling through this thread (yep, I just about covered my eyes just to get to the section where I could do a post without seeing anything lol). It will be the longest 30 minutes to wait...
On a side note I am relieved that GD did this MV before our beloved Tabi ended in hospital because I don't know how he would have pulled through...GD might be a supreme professional but he is human... I mean, I don't know Tabi personally but I have been losing sleep and doing a shabby job at work until I know Tabi is out of danger....

@KimJongKookie-Don't even get me started on this or I will never finish... I was actually really concerned about this very thing happening to Tabi when I saw the above pics of him being hounded like an animal by reporters and when I read his heartfelt apology....
I won't comment any further as I don't have all the facts and I don't want to contribute to any false rumours etc... but I wish Tabi would know just how many of us are rooting for him..... No judgment from me in any way, shape or form for anything...

@Kris Coko-I was very worried about your post so I quickly hopped on google to check out what you were talking about, as I haven't heard anything about TOP and now I see....I am actually furious that they released this sort of information NOW a week before GD's comeback/concert!! I would use a swear word but we all know soompi censors would turn it into "Richard Simmons"! In any event I won't comment on TOP, I love him too much and I am not going to judge him. But poor GD!! This will be very hard on him!

I must be slow because it took me few moments to realise the significance of the album release date as in "8" lol... Also, interestingly enough, did you know that our GD was born on a Thursday? So I reckon it's no coincidence with the release dates (his tickets or an album) being on a "Thursday" either.
I am so so happy that I am going to be around to experience GD's comeback. I'm always a latecomer for these things and I was so upset that I missed the BB comeback in 2015. This makes me feel so much better and I can't wait to share the excitement with everyone!
BTW, @Kris Coko- have a look at GD's new single pic and note the reference to "Richard Simmons" in the title lol...at least now we both know what it means lol...

@Kris Coko-I bet it's GD's mom that finally put her foot down and is making sure GD eats ALL his meals lol... She's been quite influential in his life so it wouldn't surprise me...He has a long way to go but it's a start..
After seeing another weird instagram pic today (the tooth thing!), I finally worked out what GD is up to! He simply doesn't want us to think of him anymore as a pretty face or be blinded by his hotness (which is SO easy to do!). He wants us to put aside fan-girling and swooning and just concentrate on his music (that he's about to release). GD-ssi- it's working, I am ready for your music, bring it on...

I absolutely love this verse that GD posted on his Instagram... it is so heartfelt, I can't explain how it makes me feel. Please forgive my ignorance if it's a well known verse but I personally haven't come across it before. I don't know if it's something HE created and it's from his new song or whether it's from a poem or someone else's song etc... BUT it gives me "the feels". That's what I meant, when I said I trust our baby in what he is about to unleash on us...

OMG!! I've just seen GD's latest Instagram pics and now I'm a little scared lol..
...I think I finally understand why he was wearing a hat all the time. I reckon this look is for the latest MV.
Even though I am petrified what this all means lol I have total faith in our boy. I will hold my final judgment until I have the whole picture. AND let's face it, GD never repeats himself with ANYTHING so deep down inside I knew he will come back with something so totally original, mind-blowing and totally unexpected.... I'm giddy with excitement and holding my breath until the new MV/Song is released....

OMG WHERE did you find these little treasures??! Don't laugh but before I put my glasses on I thought these were chains all over GD LOL...(which made me DIE !!), and not silver after-party tinsel/decorations LOL...I laughed so hard when I realised how wrong I was. I wholeheartedly agree with EVERY word you wrote! The way he looks so angelic yet sexy and hot while sleeping.... that shirt (!), those pants (!), that hair and face (!). Thank you @Wendy Ho! I was worried when I read about his fall! And thank you for explaining what happened. I am so relieved he is ok. It's a huge pressure on him to stay healthy and in one piece for the entirety of the world tour. I remember he twisted his ankle during his last solo tour. Out of the 3 concerts you have seen him in so far, which one did you enjoy the most?
@Kris Coko-you have to have a look at this vid!! GD and the boys are hilarious in this! I am sure you have seen a vid of the "Love Song" in a concert before BUT this one is slightly different, it's a compilation of their performances from the Japan Dome Tour but it's so well edited that it's seamless! At first I thought I was going crazy when I watched it for the first time because I wasn't sure what was going on and then I realised it was a compilation (DUH lol)... GD looks SO good here , not to mention some cute and hot moments lol.
@xtlover15Hopefully, I am allowed to post a BB vid in this thread as it has GD in it?
