OMO! I was just listening with my husband to one of our favorite songs... and I just said « oh! This song matches them so well! » He was like «what are u talking about?» and after explaining... «Your addiction over this show is scary sometimes, you know right? » LOL I think that one of these days he would put a limit on my fangirling and shipping modes

@Ambivert Fellow shipper, really don’t worry anymore. As a married woman and been similar age of HB-SYJ, plus also having married my best friend (
it’s truly a blessing, that’s why I like that they address each other as close friends), my honest opinion is that they are both in a stable relationship, and already passed the early stage of flirting (I see TN promos as that stage). When you have passed that early stage, you are more comfortable and confident in each other. You are sometimes bickering for fun (chicken wing for example) and sometimes you could also argue over some issue that happened (when she felt for example) and each person has his own point of views but at the end, what matters is the harmony, love and respect. They both praise and admire the other one and support each other.
Also, what I perceive is that they are interested in what’s best for the other, even in small things like when HB was taking pictures from the angle that he thought was the best to stand out SYJs face, LOL although he focused on her face and he forgot about the blanket in her legs that ended shown that way (that was at the end of that same interview in which they “discussed” about her fall... therefore the harmony is always there). Edited to add: As for SYJ, an example could be the video that was recently shared about telling him not to put close to his mouth the microphone LOL ... That’s showing her interest in small things regarding HB hehehe
All the above is really important in a good and long lasting relationship.

Please don’t be worried. I have been his fan for 12 yrs and in my opinion, he behaves completely different around her (more cute, more chivalrous, more funny, more protective, more happy!). He looks even more appealing to me now (OMO if that was even possible for me LOL! Because I already had a big fangirl crush over him hahaha).
He is smiling and laughing (real big smiles and contagious laughs!) a lot around her and his gazes are so warm and also full of admiration and respect for her (something that makes me swoon more!).
Personally, this is my first time shipping. I never shipped HB with anyone else before. But that changed immediately when I saw HB-SYJ together, they are precious together and it was just impossible for me to not ship them! And just by looking at their sweet interactions, they make me want to protect their relationship too (call it close friendship, I don’t care how it’s named or called... it’s still precious). As a HB fan, if she is making him smile like that, she is a blessing in his life and I am more than happy because of that.
And you know, I have become also SYJ faithful fan... she has completely won me too! I love her, she is an amazing woman!
They are both professionals, they were in their workplace, so it’s normal that they were not cute and sweet to each other all the time. They both needed too to focus previous to deliver with excellence each scene. And OMO, they truly performed excellently! I hope that they both receive awards with CLOY, they truly deserve it.

Just watch this FMV, plenty of recent (CLOY BTS) moments overload with warmth and sweetness. Clear as day.
TBH, they have gifted us many sweet moments (BTS and interviews), enough for us to see that they are blessed with a beautiful relationship (let’s call it “close friendship” as they want for now hehehe).
Personally, I will wait patiently and continue rewatching... all these moments are already a precious sighting . And let’s respect their privacy, they are people with feelings, they need privacy.

In general, I don’t like when there is too much sensationalism and they force actors/actresses to reveal something, they are all humans with feelings. I don’t agree with people following them in private sites (like their homes, it’s impolite and rude). And as a woman, I understand that actresses want to protect their image, because after a relationship is confirmed and if it ends not well, women are always the most affected in their image. Sadly and injuste.

After all, before being a HB-SYJ shipper , I am a true and faithful fan of both (long time HB’s fan, since 2008). I want to protect them both, their images, their wishes and their relationship (close friendship or whatever they want to call it for now). So, in conclusion, I prefer to wait for ages than D forcing them and exposing them without their consent. HB and SYJ have already shared with us so many precious, sweet and swooning moments, so let’s not be greedy. I will keep rewatching everything and waiting patiently

Interesting question, I asked myself that too after reading some thoughts.
My personal opinion is that in their particular case at least, D has been in some way respectful of HB-SYJ’s privacy. My feeling... they already know more but since both of them are very respected professionals in the industry, D is respectful and allowing them some kind of privacy and reducing the use of sensationalism. D been low key and quiet is something that makes me think also that they are in more like a serious relationship, so (like us) they are waiting for their decision to announce something.-

Common! Looking at their interactions, they really seems to be already in an stable and balanced relationship ).
I also think that we may hear about them only after they are already married. Since they want privacy, I don’t think that they will announce marriage intentions... instead, maybe they will just drop news about already married and include marriage photos in the announcement hahaha
By the way, I still have hopes that they will work together again in a movie and CF, once they get married hehehe. They are loved by public, individually and as a couple. They received positive feedbacks and public is supporting them internationally. So they have the door open for doing again a project together.

Ditto. I think it was 3 yrs because in the same epilogue where SD’s mom was talking in the phone with the medium/shaman lady, she said 3 yrs passed since SJ passed away.
And in my mind, they don’t just meet once a year hahaha Nobody will convince me other way LOL. He could travel back and forth with the excuse of helping students all year hahaha.
