  1. Last year, ‘In-house Confrontation’ emerged as an unexpected success, capturing everything from box office success to topicality. In particular, as the environment has recently become more difficult for romantic dramas to become hits, the unexpected success of ‘In-House Confrontation’ made a big impact. Among these, expectations are high as to whether the new Friday-Saturday drama ‘My Demon’, which will be aired on SBS, will be able to be reborn as the second ‘in-house showdown’. ‘My Demon’ is a fantasy romantic comedy that follows the contract marriage between Do Do-hee, a devilish conglomerate heiress, and Jeong Gu-won, a demon who lost his powers for a moment. A contract with the devil that gives finite happiness and leads to hell. The ‘soul-securing’ salvation romance with a sweet but dangerous devil provides a different level of excitement. In addition to Kim Yoo-jung and Song Kang, who are raising expectations with their superb visual chemistry, trustworthy actors with unrivaled charm, including Lee Sang-i, Kim Hae-sook, Jo Hye-joo, Kim Tae-hoon, Jo Yeon-hee, Lee Yoon-ji, Kang Seung-ho, Seo Jeong-yeon, and Heo Jeong-do, are expected to join in to ensure fun and completeness. You might think it's using the common 'contract marriage' cliché, but it's eye-catching because the other person is not a simple human being, but a 'devil who has lost his abilities'. In addition, Kim Yoo-jung and Song Kang's gorgeous visuals and styling, as well as their subtle emotional changes, are raising expectations even before the first broadcast. https://biz.chosun.com/entertainment/enter_general/2023/11/11/J4CXB2OWGCSQN347JR7JLPWSEE/ [Making] Behind the scenes of the ‘My Demon’ poster shoot that dares me to say they have the best chemistry ever!

  3. Choi Soo-jong returns to a historical drama after 10 years with ‘Goryeo Khitan War’ The first broadcast of KBS' new epic drama 'Goryeo Khitan War' is scheduled to air tomorrow. Actor Choi Soo-jong is raising expectations for his role as General Kang Gam-chan. Let’s take a look at what kind of work it is. ["No matter what comes, I will stop it. I will definitely annihilate the enemy."] Choi Soo-jong, a trustworthy actor, returned to a historical drama 10 years after the drama 'The Great King's Dream'. The return work is 'Goryeo Khitan War', which is set against the backdrop of the Yuyao War in which the Khitans invaded Goryeo. It is a historical drama that tells the story of Emperor Hyeonjong of Goryeo and his political mentor and commander-in-chief of the Goryeo army, Gang Gam-chan. At the production presentation yesterday, Soo-jong Choi revealed the reason why he decided to appear, saying that he was greedy for the role of General Kang Gam-chan, and singer and actor Dong-jun Kim, who plays the role of Hyeon-jong, said that he was discharged from the military this year and is at the most passionate time, and that he is making history with a good drama. He said he would announce it. With the main actors' will and confidence standing out, the drama 'Goryeo Khitan War' will premiere tomorrow at 9:25 p.m. https://news.kbs.co.kr/news/pc/view/view.do?ncd=7814486 https://www.yna.co.kr/view/AKR20231109132000005
  4. Reincarnation as retribution for Seo In-gook in Death’s Game by solstices A new teaser is out for TVING original Death’s Game, giving us another glimpse into the many reincarnations of Seo In-gook (Cafe Minamdang). The drama remains tight-lipped about its plot, choosing to only dole out sneak peeks into its premise, but given the outstanding cast? My hopes are high anyway. As the camera pans across the stormy seas of hell, Death — played by a heavily-eyelinered Park So-dam (Record of Youth) — declares, “Choi Yi-jae. You will die a dozen times.” Yi-jae, played by a bespectacled Seo In-gook, can barely believe his ears. A tear track lines his cheek, but Death is impassive. “Your soul will transmigrate into twelve different bodies that face impending death,” she explains. No matter what life Yi-jae is thrust into, death is an inevitable fate. As Death narrates, we’re shown a montage of Yi-jae’s twelve trials. Lee Do-hyun (The Good Bad Mother) stays placidly unimpressed in a bustling club, while Kim Jae-wook (Crazy Love) broods in an eerily-lit red room (he’s reminding me of Choi Yoon’s torment crossed with Mo Tae-gu’s creepiness, and I am very much here for it). If Kim Jae-wook represents the devil’s temptation, then presumably the churchgoer Kim Ji-hoon (Money Heist: Korea — Joint Economic Area) stands for the angel’s salvation. Steering us away from the darkness, Go Yoon-jung (Alchemy of Souls 2) looks ethereal under a cherry blossom tree, while Lee Jae-wook (Alchemy of Souls 2) furrows his brows in front a pier. Adding to the diversity of Yi-jae’s lives, a uniformed Kim Kang-hoon (Reborn Rich) stands amidst the disarray of his school’s gym, while Jang Seung-jo (Strangers Again) attends a fancy wine party. Finally, we have Oh Jung-se (Revenant) in a police station, Choi Siwon (Work Later, Drink Now 2) at what seems to be a shooting range, and Sung Hoon (Perfect Marriage Revenge) in a broadcasting station, overseeing a skydiving program. So, how did Yi-jae end up in this perplexing situation? Apparently, it’s a punishment of his own making. Perpetually broke and unemployed, Yi-jae had decided to end it all, and Death deemed him deserving of punishment for taking life too lightly. If Yi-jae wants to avoid going to hell, then he’ll have to try his hardest to thwart death — and hopefully learn to value life in the meantime. Directed and written by PD Ha Byung-hoon (18 Again, Go Back Spouses), the webtoon adaptation Death’s Game premieres on December 15. https://www.dramabeans.com/2023/11/reincarnation-as-retribution-for-seo-in-gook-in-deaths-game/
  5. Lee Young-ae takes the stage as Maestra: Strings of Truth by tccolb The first teaser is out for tvN’s upcoming mystery Maestra: Strings of Truth, introducing us to our central character played by Lee Young-ae (Inspector Koo), the famed violinist-turned-conductor Cha Se-eum. Right from the get-go, we can tell by the music that things are ~tense~ and in voiceover we hear a man ask our heroine: “What kind of place is the stage to you?” Undoubtedly our Se-eum is immensely passionate about her work, pouring all of her self into each orchestra performance as well as the practice sessions. Understanding well the dedication and effort involved, Se-eum replies that the stage, “is a battleground, very merciless and fierce.” But despite her success, we’re told that our heroine is shrouded in secrets and the sequence reveals snippets of the cruelty in her life. As we hear someone being called a monster, Se-eum also continues in voiceover that, “Becoming the best orchestra doesn’t just happen.” Shaken by her memories, Se-eum needs a moment to draw herself back out and return to her senses. The teaser then closes as she stands before the orchestra once again and we end on Se-eum’s confident declaration: “As long as I’m here, Han-Phil [the Han River Philharmonic Orchestra] will become the best.” Although not yet featured, the series also stars investments CEO Lee Moo-saeng (The Glory), Se-eum’s husband Kim Young-jae (Numbers), and Se-eum’s protégé Hwang Boreumbyeol (The Secret Romantic Guesthouse). On the production side, directing is helmed by PD Kim Jung-kwon with scripts penned by Choi Yi-yoon and Hong Jung-hee. Adapted from the 2018-19 French series Philharmonia, tvN’s Maestra: Strings of Truth will be premiering next month on December 9. https://www.dramabeans.com/2023/11/lee-young-ae-takes-the-stage-as-maestra-strings-of-truth/

  8. Bae In Hyuk Calls Lee Se Young Crazy in New Teaser of "The Story of Park's Marriage Contract" by Lily Alice, November 9, 2023 1 0 Lee Se Young and Bae In Hyuk's The Story of Park's Marriage Contract dropped its fourth teaser. The Story of Park's Marriage Contract tells the story of two people from different timelines - Park Yeon Woo (Lee Se Young), a woman from the Joseon era, and Kang Tae Ha (Bae In Hyuk), a man with a cold demeanor from the 21st century - entering a contract marriage. The latest teaser portrays the first encounter and the changing dynamics between Park Yeon Woo (Lee Se Young) and Kang Tae Ha (Bae In Hyuk). The teaser commences with Tae Ha saying, "I saw a strange vision… of you in the Joseon era," while simultaneously showing Park Yeon Woo and Kang Tae Ha's moments from the Joseon era. Then Park Yeon Woo, dressed in traditional white clothes, hugs the modern-day Kang Tae Ha and calls him "husband." But Kang Tae Ha, taken aback by Yeon Woo, pushes her away. And when Kang Tae Ha asks Yeon Woo, "Are you saying I'm your husband?" Yeon Woo confidently says, "Of course." Kang Tae Ha, naturally, denies her claim. However, Yeon Woo does not give in and shows off her charms. Looking at Yeon Woo's strange attitude, Tae Ha says, "You're either crazy or hurt." The teaser then shows Yeon Woo, angry at Tae Ha's harsh behavior, bashing him hard. Tae Ha gives an expression of bewilderment. Seeing the duo bickering evokes laughter. However, in the following scene, Tae Ha, seeing Yeon Woo with another man, gets jealous and says to her, "Do you know how much of a mess my life has become because of you?" As the teaser approaches the conclusion, Tae Ha proposes a contract marriage to Yeon Woo, saying, "I'm formally proposing. Let's get married." 13. Watch: Lee Young Ae Is A Competent Conductor Who Overwhelms The Stage In “Maestra: Strings Of Truth” Drama Preview Nov 9, 2023 by S. Kim tvN’s upcoming drama “Maestra: Strings of Truth” has unveiled a new teaser! “Maestra: Strings of Truth” is based off a French work of the same name that depicts the hardships and growth journey of a female orchestra conductor who does her best to investigate the various mysteries that occur within the orchestra. While conductor Cha Se Eum (Lee Young Ae) is bold enough to live like there’s no tomorrow and in a position that many covet, a secret she hides from everyone causes her life to turn upside down. The teaser clip begins with the majestic performance of string instruments while highlighting maetra Cha Se Eum, who is giving her all on stage. 16. A second chance at love in Welcome to Samdalri by missvictrix The second teaser for JTBC’s healing rom-com Welcome to Samdalri is here, and they had me at the romantic focus… and the reverse bandaging trope! The drama stars Shin Hye-sun (See You in My 19th Life) as our disgraced heroine who returns to her hometown on Jeju Island. Also on Jeju is her lifelong bestie — and ex — Ji Chang-wook (The Worst of Evil). The teaser opens by showing us a quick sequence of our leads growing up: Jo Sam-dal (Shin Hye-sun) and Jo Yong-pil (Ji Chang-wook) were inseparable since birth. In the quick cuts, we also see the moment of Yong-pil’s confession, some romantic moments between the two, and then the inevitable breakup. (Nooooo!) It’ll be interesting to see how quickly the drama gives us the backstory to their romance; I kind of love the look of their youth romance, and it seems like it’ll set up important obstacles that the two will have to face later on. Speaking of later on, the rest of the teaser continues the romantic tone as we watch Yong-pil react to Sam-dal’s return. Intercut with past angst and tears (who made my Wookie cry!?), it looks like there will be no shortage of a) romantic moments in the rain and b) well-handled tropes. I mean, we have Sam-dal bandaging Yong-pil’s elbow (perhaps from their rain-catch-fall?) and he’s obviously affected by her nearness once again. Do we have the best of both worlds here, with a friends-to-lovers and a second-chance romance wrapped into one? Because between the magic of these two leads, the fun supporting cast — Lee Jae-won (Can We Be Strangers), Kim Mi-kyung (Doctor Cha), Kang Young-seok (The Kidnapping Day), and Kang Mina (Cafe Minamdang) to name a few — and the talent behind the camera, things are looking good. Directed by PD Cha Young-hoon (Forecasting Love and Weather, When the Camellia Blooms) and written by Kwon Hye-joo (Hi Bye, Mama!, Go Back Spouses), JTBC’s Welcome to Samdalri premieres on December 2 https://www.dramabeans.com/2023/11/a-second-chance-at-love-in-welcome-to-samdalri/

  19. Evilive: Episodes 7-8 by solstices It’s time for our morally questionable duo to take their enemies down, but the scoundrels won’t go down without a fight. Faced with pressure from all sides and a desperate desire to come out on top, our anti-hero is beginning to realize that he has to be evil to live. EPISODES 7-8 If Dong-soo dipped his toes into evil last week, then this week he’s taken the plunge. Consumed by grief and possessed by rage, Dong-soo pummels one of the arsonist gang’s lackeys, throttling him till he’s gasping for air. Then he shoves him into a pool, staring unflinchingly at the sinking man while Do-young smirks. Just as I think the lackey’s a goner, Dong-soo orders the gang to haul him up, and Do-young orders the wheezing man to round up everyone involved in the arson. Do-young’s strategy is to divide and conquer, and his men stage a takeover of Shinnam Ferry’s delivery trucks. When morning dawns, CEO Kim’s illegally smuggled goods are strewn all over the street, right on the doorstep of Chairman Moon’s law firm. CEO Kim is taken in for questioning, and Dong-soo marches the arsonist gangsters into the police station to confess their crimes. Dressed in a spiffy new suit courtesy of Do-young, ace attorney Dong-soo nudges CEO Kim towards exposing Chairman Moon’s role in the arson. Before he can be implicated any more, Chairman Moon washes his hands of CEO Kim. Under the false pretense of transferring CEO Kim out of jail and into the hospital, Chairman Moon has the remaining smuggled goods sold off at half price — this way, CEO Kim will go down for attempting to tamper with evidence, and he can get rid of him. Dong-soo figures this out and goes to warn CEO Kim, conveniently catching a murderous gangster in the act. For all his fruit knife-wielding bravado, Dong-soo is sorely overpowered, and he almost gets choked to death until Do-young saves him in the nick of time. Dong-soo may have needed rescuing, but Do-young’s impressed by his willingness to brandish a weapon. Stinging from the betrayal, CEO Kim exposes Chairman Moon’s fiery instigation, and the reporters have a field day with his crimes. The incident that etched Dong-soo’s name onto Chairman Moon’s blacklist is brought back into the public eye, and it turns out Dong-soo was a whistleblower for Chairman Moon’s illicit lover, who had been instructed to embezzle company money for Chairman Moon’s political funds. Dong-soo finally gets his rightful recognition, with the media championing him as an exemplar of justice. Bolstered by the public validation, he even dares to defy Do-young’s orders — asserting that he knows better with regards to the virtual casino’s operations — much to Do-young’s ire. Unfortunately, our hero’s victory doesn’t last long — Chairman Moon weasels out of prison, leveraging upon his extensive connections to rise above the law. When Je-yi’s body washes ashore, smart cop Chul-jin starts to link Dong-soo to the suspicious circumstances surrounding the Yoosung gang, closing in on his connection to Do-young. Then Chairman Moon counterattacks by smearing Dong-soo’s name through the mud yet again, and it’s the last straw. Dong-soo approaches Do-young with a proposal: get rid of Chairman Moon once and for all. Except it turns out that Chairman Moon has made Do-young the exact same offer, wanting to eliminate the Dong-soo-shaped thorn in his side. Claiming he can’t choose no matter how he racks his brains, Do-young locks them both in a cargo container. Two men, one knife. Only one can survive — and it’s Dong-soo who emerges victorious, with blood on his hands and determination in his gaze. more https://www.dramabeans.com/2023/11/evilive-episodes-7-8/
  20. Twinkling Watermelon: Episodes 13-14 by Dramaddictally Our penultimate week is on a mission for feels — from a chest-clutching love story to a tear-filled rescue. Plus, our time-traveling hero is about to discover he’s not alone on his trek to the past. And the person who’s sharing his journey is exactly the one he wants by his side. EPISODES 13-14 These episodes belong to Chung-ah and Yi-chan and man were they worth the wait. We finally get a clearer picture of Chung-ah’s backstory and also witness the unfolding love between her and her future husband. Not to bash Eun-gyeol and Eun-yoo (I love you guys!), but their cutesy affection is overshadowed this week by Yi-chan and Chung-ah’s deep feelings. I’m starting with their story because we’ve waited long enough to have them in the spotlight. For a few weeks, Chung-ah’s life struggles have started to resemble a Cinderella tale. Her mother is gone. Her father is away on business most of the time. And she’s left in the house to be abused and locked in the attic by her “teacher,” the Evil Chairwoman, who tries to force her to speak. We see a flashback of Chung-ah as a child attempting to escape. She runs to her father, where she’s able to call out, “Dad!” But rather than leading to a rescue, the display only backs up the Evil Chairwoman’s case that Chung-ah is making progress on her speaking lessons. Chung-ah is sobbing, but Chairman Yoon doesn’t intervene. From what we’ve seen, he has no idea about the abuse and he really loves his daughter and wants her to succeed. Still, he’s not there to protect her. So when we get into the love story between Chung-ah and Yi-chan, it makes a lot of sense that this girl who’s never seen love before has such a strong reaction to it. We open on Yi-chan as he pouts about Chung-ah’s refusal to see him. By the time Eun-yoo comes around, apologizing for leaving the festival and admitting that she likes Eun-gyeol, he’s already over it. He thanks her for the good times, but we can see his heart has moved on. Then, there’s a string of precious moments as he follows Chung-ah around with googly eyes. When he sees her feeding a stray cat and signing to it, you can literally see his heart melt. His expression is slight, but Choi Hyun-wook nails it. After all the longing looks, there’s a scene that’s not cute at all (and very anger-inducing), when Chung-ah is being bullied in the street by two boys. Yi-chan appears, grabs both boys by the ears, and yanks them away from her. When they don’t stop mocking her, he lays a punch on one of them and they all wind up at the police station. Halmeoni comes to the rescue, defending Yi-chan because she knows he wouldn’t fight for no reason, and she can tell he likes Chung-ah. By this point, Chung-ah is starting to question her own noble idiocy (she rejected him so he could be with Se-kyung). But before she gets the nerve to fess up, he calls her to the band practice room to be clear about his feelings. He’s prepared notecards, that he flips one by one, as she reads what he has to say, which is along the lines of: You liked me first — how can you make my heart flutter and then just ditch me? He reveals that he wanted to sing for her at the festival, but since she wasn’t there, he’ll have to do it now instead. He’s got a song just for her, about facing hardship and being there for her, and he sings and signs the lyrics. Tears stream down her face, and as he nears the end, flipping through his dictionary to remember the signs, she walks over and hugs him tight, crying harder and not letting go. Later, when the band goes on a camping trip and Chung-ah and Eun-yoo come along, Chung-ah tells Yi-chan about “face names.” These are name signs given to an individual, because it’s cumbersome to spell out birth names in sign language. The name sign her mother gave to her is “Clear Sound” and she thinks Yi-chan should be “Shiny Voice.” She can’t hear his voice, but she can see and feel it. He’s so moved, he kisses her. And there’s something breathtakingly pretty about the way he takes her hand during it. more https://www.dramabeans.com/2023/11/twinkling-watermelon-episodes-13-14/
  21. "Filming 3 scenes for 8 hours"...'Lovers' extended by 1 episode, Namgoong Min♥Ahn Eunjin are pressing down on it as it is late Actors Nam Goong Min and Ahn Eun-jin's sad historical drama 'Lovers' ends with one extended episode. There were complaints about the filming site due to the extension being decided somewhat late, but in the end, everyone had the same desire for a 'beautiful finish'. Life and death depended on the ending, which was filled with every detail down to the last scene. MBC announced today (9th) that the Friday-Saturday drama 'Lovers' (written by Hwang Jin-young, directed by Kim Seong-yong, Lee Han-joon, and Cheon Soo-jin) has been confirmed to be extended for one episode. As a result, 'Lovers', which was planned to be 20 episodes, ended with 21 episodes. It was on the 1st that the possibility of an extension for ‘Lovers’ was raised. At that time, along with the news of the cancellation of 'Lovers' due to baseball broadcasting that week, MBC released an official statement saying, "Due to the popularity of the drama, we are positively discussing an extension, and are adjusting the programming plan by slightly delaying the scheduled end date." revealed. The news of the extension, which more than appeased the disappointment of the cancellation, raised the expectations of drama fans to the highest level. However, the extension was only decided today, more than a week later. Meanwhile, various noises arose about the production environment for the second half of 'Lovers'. The slow work environment in scripting and filming was also pointed out as the reason why an extension could not be decided quickly. In fact, 'Lovers' is known to be a 30-part work written by writer Hwang Jin-young. However, at the planning stage, it was decided that it would be 20 episodes, and a lot of it was shortened, condensed, and selected as a story. However, a representative of the drama did not respond to OSEN, saying, “There has been no exact script delay.” “This is a work that the author worked hard on for a long time, so he already had a script for all 16 episodes from the start of filming. There were no setbacks due to delays in script delivery.” Regarding the fact that the 20th episode script was released only today, an official from 'Lovers' said, "The 20th episode script was already released (ahead of today). However, due to the process of maintaining the security of the ending and internal review, it has not been finally distributed. Currently, it has not been distributed. “That’s why it was distributed today,” he explained. There was a time gap between writer Hwang Jin-young's drafting and subsequent scene selection and delivery to the entire team through the production team. Nevertheless, the working environment of 'Lovers' was even called 'live filming'. This may have been the case in the past when side scripts were prevalent, but in the recent drama production environment where pre-production has become the norm, this is unusual and has raised concerns. This is even more puzzling considering that in fact, 'Lovers' worked hard to speed up filming by running three filming teams, including teams A, B, and C, starting from filming Part 2. In relation to this, an official said, "It took about 8 hours to film just three scenes during the filming of 'Lovers', although not recently, at the end of filming." However, "It wasn't that there were no voices of concern or dissatisfaction on set, but it was something that everyone understood at the time as it was an effort to bring out emotional details and visual beauty during the filming process. This process accumulated until the end, even after the C team was brought in. “It seems like the sound of ‘live filming’ came out,” he commented. Regarding the actual filming speed of 'Lovers', an MBC official cautiously responded to OSEN, saying, "It is true that we are continuing the forced march due to final preparations for filming due to the extended broadcast." However, there were complaints from viewers about the slow development of the second half of the work. Regarding this, another official said, "It was not a drama that developed quickly from the beginning. It is an authentic historical drama and melodrama that has been popular for a long time, and everyone in the field knows that it is a hot work, and they are trying to live up to expectations and not miss the charm and perfection of the first half. “It’s a situation of great passion,” he added. Accordingly, there is talk that the extension of the first episode of 'Lovers' is an inevitable result. There are only 21 broadcast episodes, and the script for the last episode of 'Lovers' ended at episode 20 with no additions. Unlike existing mini-series, it is a work that contains emotions and narrative from the beginning to the extent that it is difficult to select scenes, so it seems that the first part of the script alone is enough to be broadcast for two episodes. This is also the reason why 100-minute episodes, including episode 10, which was the ending of Part 1 of ‘Lovers’, were organized without difficulty. In the end, the key is the completeness of the ending of ‘Lovers’ and the viewer’s satisfaction with it. Viewers' desire for the romance narrative of the male and female protagonists, Lee Jang-hyun (played by Namgoong Min) and Yoo Gil-chae (played by Ahn Eun-jin), known as the 'Jang-chae couple', is soaring towards the latter half with no end in sight. Will we be able to see the tightly packed ending of ‘Lovers’ that will sufficiently satisfy this? Eyes and ears are focused on the conclusion of a traditional historical drama melodrama that has been released for a long time. Episode 21 (final episode) of ‘Lovers’ is scheduled to air at 9:50 PM on the 18th. https://biz.chosun.com/entertainment/enter_general/2023/11/09/HKOJBK6OVF4YOZAEWV3NEI6FCU/

  25. Ji Chang Wook and Shin Hye Sun are Friends Turned Lovers Turned Exes in "Welcome to Samdalri" by Lily Alice, November 9, 2023 3 1 Welcome to Samdalri dropped the second teaser that portrays the story of Cho Yong Pil (Ji Chang Wook) and Cho Sam Dal's (Shin Hye Sun) love and breakup. The teaser beautifully traces the history of Cho Yong Pil and Cho Sam Dal. What's most intriguing is that the duo had dated in the past. Their relationship, transitioning from friends to lovers to exes, has been summarized into four chapters. Chapter 1: The Beginning - The Relationship Woven by Grandmother Samshin Cho Yong Pil (Ji Chang Wook) and Cho Sam Dal (Shin Hye Sun) were born on the same day in Samdalri, with just a five-minute gap between their births, and brought together by grandmother Samshin. They were fated to be together for life. From the moment they were born, they held each other's hands. Even while growing up, they stood by each other's side through the highs and lows, sharing more days together than apart in their lifetime. A voice says, "For 30 years since their births, there was no Cho Yong Pil without Cho Sam Dal and no Cho Sam Dal without Cho Yong Pil." Chapter 2: Ji Chang Wook's Confession - "Let's Date." Spending every day together eventually evolved their relationship. Though they tried to deliberately ignore and deny the current of affection that was forming between them, their strong friendship inevitably took the next step. Cho Yong Pil's confession, "Samdal, let's date," marked the beginning of a new chapter of their relationship. Chapter 3: Shin Hye Sun Breaks Up - "I Don't Like You Anymore." Although their love seemed invincible, it sadly didn't last long, as revealed in subsequent scenes. Cho Sam Dal suddenly turned away, saying, "I don't like you anymore. So, let's break up." However, the look in her eyes, as she turned her back on Cho Yong Pil, hints at untold stories. Chapter 4: Reuniting in Samdalri Time passes, and Yong Pil and Sam Dal meet again in the same place where their story began, Samdalri. They exchange greetings, saying, "It's been a while," but their reunion is anything but simple. Despite their efforts to seem cool, they can't help but be awkward in front of each other. They both seem eager to reveal their true feelings, like, "Do you know why I never came to Jeju? Because of who I couldn't come?" (Sam Dal), and "Do you still hate me that much?" (Yong Pil). The emotions that were buried deep inside start to resurface. All eyes are now on what new chapter Yong Pil and Sam Dal will write in Samdalri, as the story of their relationship is far from over. Welcome to Samdalri will premiere on December 2. The K-drama will be made available on Netflix. https://mydramalist.com/article/ji-chang-wook-and-shin-hye-sun-are-friends-turned-lovers-turned-exes-in-welcome-to-samdalri
