Although Mandarin is the official spoken language, the provinces of China each on its own have their own form of a spoken dialect which may be a total spoken language to that of Mandarin. It is not like in Korea where their dialect (saturi, 사투리), you still can understand some form of Korean in them
I for one could speak 2 of the Chinese province dialect Hokkien (Fujian) & Cantonese....my grandparents will speak Chinese province dialect & no Mandarin
When I speak Mandarin, I too will carry my "Anglo-esque" accent onto my Mandarin
I was also in Shanghai for 2 years & had to tweet my Mandarin to localise

Since YK2 lost of memory have no knowledge of her allergies decides to have the lobster. YK2 thinks that JE is a "pest" not letting her have the "expensive" lobster & offered a meagre Jumeokbap
Jumeokbap (주먹밥, literally Jumeok (주먹) means "fist" therefore Fist Rice) for any kind of dish that consists of hand shape rice balls no matter the size, ingredient or seasoning used

As you may or may not know....Korean as well as Chinese surname although the majority had a consist of a single character in their surname e.g Kim (김,金) or Yi (이,李) they are some exception to find double-barreled surnames (compound surname that consist of 2 characters) as in this case "Dokgu" (독고,獨孤). For instance the actor who play Chairman Choi (JE father is surname is Dokgu (독고,獨孤)
There are others double barreled Korean surname
Gangjeon (강전,岡田); Namgong (남궁,南宮), Dongbang (동방,東方); Mangjeol (망절,網切); Sagong (사공,司空); Seomun (서문,西門); Janggok (장곡,長谷); Hwangbo (황보,皇甫)

YK2 seems to have shellfish (crustacean group i.e. shrimp, lobster and crab) allergy, in which JE have well knowledge of HK's allergy to shellfish & his insistence not to allow her to have them....This is why she develop hives over her body then later collapse due to shortness of breath. She most likely will be treated with epinephrine for her allergy

there was a North Cape advertisement (hiking gear apparel) which have Ha Ji Won & Ji Chang Wook have inserts of "Empress Ki"....you may prefer that advertisement "alternative" ending
