Thanks guys.
To be quite honest, we can't really predict what will happen, but thinking that they are both well rounded individuals by themselves, I am quite sure they will do what will make them happy. And it makes us fans happy too. So I am just going to root for their success individually. And in love of course may it be together or with somebody else.
Anyway, it seems like KWB and SMA had been together for like forever, lol, aren't they married yet? Maybe not since he had the scare and had been recovering.

Really? That's very telling. Personally, I would usually get rid of everything that will remind me of my ex, that includes deleting photos, returning stuff, anything that would remind me of him. That's how desperate I am to move on from the heart break. But that was just me. NJH though, on the other hand, he still had her photo on his IG, and vice versa. I looked around and some fan said that LSK regularly archives her photos but never the one with NJH. Hmmn.. however, it does happen that if you still have fond memories of your ex, you wouldn't want to entirely delete them from your life. Even if the feelings had changed. They still leave a mark. But that doesn't mean you haven't moved on. Any thoughts? Do you guys think he's still hung up with his ex? There goes my shipping dreams crumbling like a cookie. Someone cheer me up.

I was watching that 3 meals a day epi with Joohyuk and So Dam. Joohyuk loves to crack jokes every chance he gets and the noonas were like..they just try to keep a straight face and So Dam was just shaking her head lmaoooo. Their faces all look like they just laugh at his jokes because he’s cute ahaha but the jokes are like too dry for their tastes. Suzy on the other hand, could have literally rolled on the floor. Lol.
Things may fizzle down when they get paired with other people just like what Inbinjinitrust said. Suzy, for example, had a movie with Bogum, another pairing people are anticipating that will blow up to rival Joohyuk-Suzy pairing. I think they look good together too.
Anyway, I hope they will still stay in touch and nurture that friendship because its a rare gem indeed. If in the future they take that into something more, they have built it on a solid ground strong enough to withstand anything life would have thrown at them. Not sure about Suzy but Joohyuk seemed to be the type who takes his time. Because once he catches the love bug, he’s in it for the long haul.

Agreed. I read somewhere he was friends first with his ex having been working on modeling gigs and eventually dated even before wlfkbj. And it does seem like deja vu lol being in the same exact circumstances as the previous and I understand why he would be extra cautious navigating this. Do you know if things ended badly with them? It could also be that the agency they belong to back then didn’t handle it discreetly and delicately which could be one of the reasons why he left. And I am with you, I’d rather them take it slow. They have a blossoming career ahead and they are a point where they have to strike the iron while its hot. I would hate for them to break up when he enlists (seriously though, why it seems inevitable and almost automatic that couples break up just because the bf is enlisting? Its silly). But what do you do if you find the right person at the wrong time though? I married my husband when I was their age lol. Granted that we’re mere peasants compared to these two lol and the circumstances are very different, but we decided to be together against all odds because we thought there is no one else we’d rather spend our lives with. Lmao I can’t believe I am comparing ourselves with them strangers lol but it is almost an anomaly these days that you see both people stay thru thick or thin so I get what you are saying..

Omg. The analysis! Lmao. I give you @firebabe @inBinJinitrust a pluses lol I can’t stop giggling. I have not been following them that long to make out a good opinion, so when I see how they act with one another offscreen I still dismiss it to be being awfully close; and I can tell that they like each other. What I love about them is they pretty have the same sense of humour, JH pretty much have a dry one and it would take someone who has the same wavelength to get it. Hence the laughing each time JH just blurts out something even if its on a dad joke level lmao. Forgive me for being a devil’s advocate but they say Suzy will never date a co star lmao we’ll I say she pretty much had broken all her rules as far as what as I have seen. And if you really like someone it’s a risk you have to take, very much like their drama’s theme lolz you invest in that person because they are worth it..but thing is wasn’t SK public pretty much unforgiving with dating and working together?
also when did JH say that he prefers the same age in the dating pool? Lol isn’t his ex 4 yrs older than him?

Personally I want season 2 but when I think about how the rabids will come out of the woodwork raising hell again, I was like, nah, I'll wait for an entirely new project with them. I am with the knetz population, don't date yet, film another drama and 2 more movies and they can do whatever they want for all I care. lolz Also with NJH set to enlist if not next year or the next after that, I am sure he'll fill up his plate. And Suzy too, she's going back to singing, am I right?

What about Bogum? Some fans want them together too apparently. But as @wildcherrysaid, her type gravitates toward a taller guy. lol But you can't deny, it's going to be one tough call. Bogum is also aesthetically beautiful.

LOL. That was hilarious. It was very fitting too, they are actually running away from rabid zombie fans. I am holding out hope that they would top the first kiss or will there even be a second one. *insert Michael Scott's noooo gif* I don't know what the hold up is, maybe it's because it's pandemic? They don't want to risk the actors getting sick because of the saliva exchange? LOL.
On the other hand, a part of me wants this to be all over. The toxicity really got to me. Hopefully the writer will do them justice by giving their characters a proper send off and an well deserved ending. No fan pandering. And if I could, after all this, I will hug both of NJH and Suzy and tell them they did a great job and they have my support for I will watch the heck of everything they make together or individually from here on out.

Suzy & NJH clearly don't deserve all this hate they get, especially when they both did a really good job in this drama. And they really worked hard for it. Suzy even promotes this drama better than anyone on her IG but these new toxic SeonHo fans aren't grateful.
These toxic fans just ruined the drama for me. Without these toxic fans, I would have enjoyed the drama better.
It's really a whole freaking mess. I was totally flabbergasted and disgusted on how far the fans can go. It's a shame and at the same time shouldn't be tolerated. I salute Suzy for being brave though, she just doesn't give a damn and taylor-swift-ed the haters ('shake it off' lmao). She just appreciates the work of everyone involved, the heck with the naysayers. I fully understand why NJH won't update his IG as much, with the amount of hatred he gets in the comments, and I assume some go as far as dm'ng him, and they are even rabid fans who kept creating dummy accounts just for the sole purpose of attacking him in the social media. Freaking crazy bananas, I tell you. I hope they know amidst the hate, there are more people who'll support and love them. When it was announced that they are going to lead a drama together, I was excited because I find each of them really captivating individually (WFKBJ and UF were on my fav drama list) and it only took a slice of that fandom to ruin it all for me. I would love for them to work again in a film or drama (nope, not a photoshoot lol although I'll take what I can get lol) with a more decent screenplay.

I was thinking about this after watching epi 14. She went to see her grandma, you can tell she misses her but she left without even giving any hints that she's Injae. Why is everyone hesitating or procrastinating in this show? lol omg it's driving me crazy. Speaking what's in your heart I guess is for the finale. Btw, you see how similar she is with JP? It's another missed opportunity. If they went for them to be the 2nd pairing, that could have been so golden that none of this mess would have happened. As the others have said, we are down to 2 episodes and there is no turning back. Maybe the twist was JP would finally found a family not in Halmeoni's family but in Dosan's? and he notices Injae? lol Kidding aside, I wished they didn't sidelined her, there is so much in her that I want to know. She wasn't given all that chance to show her acting prowess.

Anyway, doesn't NJH's leading ladies all noonas though? If he broke his streak for Suzy, she is indeed special. I mean who wouldn't? She is charming, funny and at the same time, very talented. Not so hard to fall for. lol. What I like about her is that she seems to be earnest and she values the relationship she had with everyone. Screw the naysayers, nor the gossiping. She never fails to support and gives credit when it is due.
Is it me I feel robbed that Dalmi and Dosan don't have that much chance to go lovey-dovey with each other? With the glow up Dosan got, and Dalmi (she is pretty everyday per Dosan) they won't be able to get their hands off each other. Enough with the yearning, noble idiocy and the pining. Hopefully with get that in the last episodes because I am thirsty lol.

On top of that DM didn't call him back when he was frantically calling her, compounding his heartbreak.
He later had to suffer by facing DM in his office (looking ridiculously beautiful) believing she was happily involved with JP, having left him behind completely. To eliminate any possibility of them working together, he said the harshest words he had ever heard back to her and said he never wanted to see her anymore - only to hear an unexpected & heartfelt admission from DM that his words were hurtful and she was sorry for the past. The problem was he was bluffing when he said this - he had still not accepted 'the reality', nor did he actually believe that person he loved wasn't her (his feelings hadn't changed at all). He only said he didn't want to see her again to spare himself more pain - this wasn't his heart's desire so he found himself lying to her again.All his attempts to erase the past or discard his memories were unsuccessful. Even after going on an arduous journey to forget DM and 'face reality' (thereby fulfilling what he said to her earlier), he realised that his attempt at pushing her away backfired because he was thinking about her more than ever. The bitterness and pain in his voice at the camp site was a massive contrast to the sweet, puppy dog DS from earlier episodes. Thankfully towards the end he softened once DM explained the meaning of Tarzan and also reassured him that her journey was difficult (symbolised by DS finally noticing/addressing her wound once he tenderly spoke to her). I think he resigned himself to the fact that he still loved her but I don't think the misunderstanding about JP has been cleared up so he's still going to suffer in Ep 15.
I wish they put DS out of his misery already and wrapped up this love triangle! Anyone else feel sorry for poor DS?

Is it me or I find it funny when Dosan tried to erase that 3 year old whiteboard drawing? It won't budge no matter how hard he scrubbed. lol It's an appropriate allusion to his 3 year old pent up feelings that seems indelible. Seriously though, this could have been resolved in 30 seconds or less by just merely communicating. Is it difficult to just admit that "I am a noble idiot, I lied to you but you lied to me first, please take me back." I guess for the writer, it is. I guess she saves that for the last episode.
Anyway, yeah, my heart breaks for him, imagine all those 3 freaking years he trying to nurse his broken heart. In the sailing scene he seems to be somewhat relieved to be far away since everyday in his life back home he seems to be always in battle and wounded.
At least he got a breather but the moment he gets back, he has to wage that war yet again. But I see the positivity in all of it, hardship makes him more resilient and I am glad that he still wants to stay, move on despite the possibility that he won't win Dalmi back. That's character development. I see the old Dosan running permanently away to SF married to his laptop instead of facing the heartbreak of seeing Dalmi with another man.
Also, why are we not discussing how hot he got though? Women at this point should be flocking into him like he's bird seeds. Dalmi should be busy swatting their hands away or shoving them away from Dosan. Why isn't this happening?! So. many. missed. oppurtunities. Ugh.

Ey, I like Binjin too. Since they are older and a lot more seasoned/experienced than the pairings you mentioned, their chance of being in it for the long haul is greater. LOL. But who knows right? Shipping stops when they announce their official better halves. Anyway, as I have seen in the social media so far, that was indeed Suzy's birthday. But I don't really follow them constantly so..but if its true so cute and sweet right? The directors, the writers and basically all of South Korea are shipping them in RL. lol Who wouldn't though, they are both gorgeously looking and from the looks of it, their personalities mesh well together too.

Aww. I have been out for a week and missed a ton of juicy tidbits. lol Anyway, I'll be hanging out in here more because..well, I was trying to keep my life toxic free and the main thread that once was great now it's..well let's just say it's becoming too much for me. Anyway..let just go squeal at these two. Haha. I love that we have these little tiny group here. Did you guys see the Swoon's claw machine game? They are a riot. It's good that they seem like really good friends, I have heard of co-stars not liking each other. Imagine if you have to kiss that co star and act lovey dovey when you despise him/her in real life? lol I know it's called professional acting. I am just glad its not my calling haha.
Hey I was like browsing (yep browsing not stalking) thru NJH's insta, well, lo and behold, he was friends with Stephanie Lee (Sa-ha) and they go way back their modeling days. Speaking as third party observer with absolutely interest on the matter (lol), I think they are just good friends. Suzy is also as playful with all his co-stars so probably the hyping these two were doing were just for the show. Not that I mind if they date each other. But at this stage in their career, and btw, has NJH enlisted yet? Dating could be the last thing on their minds. Don't come at me for raining the parade, for we can never tell. For all we know there could be already something brewing between them but as I see it, they are in the height of their careers, dating will only come second.
I wonder what will come after the time jump. Kinda worried. Dosan looked changed, he looked glum.

I can write a book on why Dosan is the rightful lead and those on the opposing side will just reject it. And I just don’t see Jipyeong the way you guys project him to be so..Let us just agree to disagree. I just want to see how the drama ends and ignore the pointless triangle. That’s all I’m going to say. Peace out.

Lol I feel yah. In as much as I love Dosan this is like 2 steps back character development and here I am thinking that its kinda pathetic following her around (is he copying Jipyeong? He must have rubbed off on him lmao) but at least it gave me a sliver of hope that by doing that he realized that in order for them to have a stable relationship they have to start in a clean slate. Like starting up. (Haha I know its so punny). With him as him no more lying. Plus the boy is growing on more on being confident and assertive, like how he help Dalmi evade the ancestor con artist and saving her every ounce of whatever confidence she has left from In Jae. I have a feeling that he’ll come around, realizing that while being with Dalmi can be one of his dreams, he can also have multiple dreams at the same time. That is why I think that he will still go with Alex and leave Samsan Tech in Dalmi’s hands. Not necessarily for her but to make something of himself on his own, someone that everyone he loves (including himself) can be proud of someday without the pretense.

Loved loved episode 9. I felt so bad for everyone, but finally DS and JP will have an opportunity to come clean, and hopefully the second part of the drama will focus on their growth and future.
OMG, fellow Nerdy Ajumma and SYJ fan, I love you already. lol I love hospital playlist too and like this drama it has it own share of loud and passionate fandom on a different spectrum (actually I stopped lurking at that area of the forum because their ideas, well, I cringe and wince a lot it made my face so distorted that for my sanity sake, I had to find my way out lol).
Anyway, couldn't agree more! It's such a huge disrespect to the writers and the production who, day in and day out had tirelessly poured out hardwork, intellect, sweat and blood to be able to deliver a story so that we as viewers can just relax and enjoy it. They also pretty much made it clear right the very start who will play a significant role in the story and no, it's not Jipyeong, at least not him alone. They made Jipyeong second lead for a reason, if you want to challenge that I guess you should write and produce your own drama imho. If you think Dosan isn't lead material, well guess what, Jipyeong isn't either. And we can go on arguing all day but at the end of it, it's the writers' intellectual property and right, not ours.

Not a bad idea, actually. I would love to see that. I feel really bad for Do San‘s character. Some people are really making Do San out to be some kind of immoral villain.. It’s true he’s far from perfect. I just don’t understand how people almost deny him empathy just because HJP has “always had it harder.” Sometimes I read comments and I truly hope the people behind the comments have more empathy for real people they know!
I almost feel crazy for not being madly in love with Han Ji Pyeong’s character! I feel like some people immediately give HJP’s character the upper hand because of how much he suffered in his youth. I don’t necessarily think his backstory should be the selling point here. Would you choose someone over someone else because they had a hard past and the other person “didn’t”? Granted, HJP does have a lot of great qualities, too, but sometimes I really do feel like people root for him more simply because they feel that he deserves Dal Mi as a reward for suffering for so long.
I hope both NDS and HJP get happy endings. I wish their happiness didn’t depend so much on Dal Mi, though... She’s her own person!
I know what you mean, my curious butt stumbled upon that messy thread a few days episode 6 came out and let me just say I cringed (the same way I cringed at the HP fanwanked discussions over a flower...I leave it at that) I feel like I am in an alternate universe omg, I am so out of place that I had to leave and vowed never to come back. It's like whatever you are selling, it's not for me so goodbye, because the more I look into their ideas the more I see bias and I hate that it makes me hate Jipyeong instead of sympathizing with him.

The scene were Chulsan is about to reenact the raining scene (use my shirt as an umbrella) in "The Classic" movie (I am a Yejin fan haha) with Saha but ended up doing it with Yong san instead had me in stitches. It even had the same background music ROFL. Then we have, Jipyeong and Dosan sleeping together (ha no innuendos intended here, folks) LOL. I'm glad we had these lighthearted scenes to somewhat cushion the blow of the heartbreaking ones. I agree with one of the post that Dosan had to pick up the pieces of his shattered self esteem, he needs to be confident on his own. But that doesn't mean he doesn't deserve Dalmi as much as Jipyeong. Nor Dosan is getting greedier (seriously, not sure why some people would think that?) just because he decides to actively pursue Dalmi and wouldn't back down just because Jipyeong wants her now? Dosan is more an active agent (he never wasted any time nor hesitated in showing Dalmi affection here and there) than JP who is more passive, that never acted on his feelings. You can (and its valid) actually take matters into your own hands especially if you've got everything to lose. Sadly Jipyeong is too late to realize that. Oh well..
Now there is only one thing left for me to say ..and that's .....IT'S GOING DOWN, I AM YELLING TIMBER! lol

It's great that they belong to one agency together lolz, we are at advantage because they feed us with so many contents. Haha. Again, one more time: so freaking cute these two. It nice to see co stars really mesh well together on and off screen. Hopefully this isn't the last they work together.

Just because you prefer Ji Pyeong doesn’t mean you have to put down the other lead and make him evil. Both leads are amazing human beings and both would do everything for DM.
First of all, if Ji Pyeong told DM from the start that he was her penpal I’m sure DM wouldn’t even glance at real Do San because Ji Pyeng was everything she wanted and dreamed of. He was her first love and she would fall in love with him even deeper once they get to know each other in person.
But this isn’t the case. Sadly, JP wasn’t prepared to reveal his true self to DM when he had the chance. And that’s why everyone is in this mess.
This drama isn’t about “who deserves a girl more”, it’s about a missed chance and opportunity to act.
I’m actually looking forward to more DM/JP interaction. It looks like she’ll cut ties with DS once she confirms her suspicion about the letters, so I hope we’ll have more scenes with her and JP. She needs to interact with JP and get to know him better, it’s the only way she can evaluate her feelings towards both men.
High five. It ruins the watching experience for me to be honest. I get it, they love JP. While I like his character, putting him on a pedestal really irks me to no end. He isn't perfect and stop making excuses for him as if he has the right to be a prick towards people whom he thinks is beneath him. He harshly shreds Dosan to pieces whenever he gets the chance. And all these mentoring stuff? All because he is beginning to feel something for Dalmi. Now taking the grandma out of the equation, he will probably just think of her like some CEO wannabe with no prospects like how he sees Dosan and wouldn't even try to have anything to do with her. That's the tea. Ship Dalmi with him all you want, hype him up.. whatever floats your boat but please leave Dosan alone. Rant over.
Anyway, it's friday here, can't wait for tomorrow. Start up day. Yaaayyyy.

I don't want them to break up either. We already caught a glimpse of Dosan crying, he was a devastated wreck. I can't take more heartache. That's the last thing he needs right now as his parents have already been putting him down and were never a source of support and comfort for him.

I want that OST. The melody (though I don't understand the lyrics lol) is so spot on and totally captured the moment. And that last shot with the breeze blowing through them swishing the strands of their hair. So beautiful. Gah.

To be quite honest, we can't really predict what will happen, but thinking that they are both well rounded individuals by themselves, I am quite sure they will do what will make them happy. And it makes us fans happy too. So I am just going to root for their success individually. And in love of course may it be together or with somebody else.
Anyway, hopefully we get more contents. *looking at you soop* I hope they won't stop spoiling us until their next project.
Personally I want season 2 but when I think about how the rabids will come out of the woodwork raising hell again, I was like, nah, I'll wait for an entirely new project with them. I am with the knetz population, don't date yet, film another drama and 2 more movies and they can do whatever they want for all I care. lolz Also with NJH set to enlist if not next year or the next after that, I am sure he'll fill up his plate. And Suzy too, she's going back to singing, am I right?

Lol I know. I am soooo happy for them, I have been a Yejin fan in like forever haha. I followed their love story and the grocery receipts are the smoking gun proven beyond reasonable doubt that something is brewing between them and that alone sold it for me haha! I can almost hear the wedding bells lolz it’s stuff of legends, I tell you!!!!
they met casually when they were at NJH and SZ’s ages but only when they worked together in a movie where everything started to blossom omg! and what great timing- both were already settled in their careers and ready to commit. I get teary eyed. Lolz
which makes me think that their younger counterparts (NJH and Suzy) have more miles to go though, this is just me and my pesky realist point of view lol. Hopefully they stayed in touch and work again together, coz I miss them.
