  1. Hmmm... saw these vids of JH in this boxing event- and he came out as part of the boxer's entourage... Does that mean that JH actually part of the boxer's training team? Cause it didn't look like he was there as a celebrity or to watch the match SO, what next- JH brushing his teeth? 🙃 Seriously, I adore him, but there are ways to convey reality without having to actually watch every second of it... All he had to do was double or tripple the speed of it! And he should know that by now we know his every day workout routine... I do wonder what comments he received that compelled him to add this comment. It shows that there are people around him capable of telling him off, but appearantly they weren't convincing or strong enough to make him understand that that video wasn't good...
  2. So it is 30 minutes of a regular movie and then 20 minutes or so of what is essentially a game, only one person gets to play and the rest watch, if I understood correctly. What is interesting from JH's side is that he probably had to film each scene of the last 20 minutes in several different ways to allow for the "player's" choice.
  3. I asked the person who posted where is the filming happening, and they said in England! So JH is in Europe right now. If this is true it's more than reasonable that JH will be attending his movie's premiere in Italy next week. Also- Ki seop was in Italy lasy week(?), so I wonder if they will be together
  4. Director Chae Soo-eung's 'Apartment: Ripley's World' Officially Invited to Venice Film Festival [Monday Newspaper = Reporter Chaeyoon Jeong] Production company Aria Studio announced on the 19th that the film 'Apartment: Talented Mr. Ripley's World' was officially invited to the 81st Venice International Film Festival's Immersive Competition section and released an international poster to commemorate the occasion. 'Apartment: Ripley's World' is an interactive thriller film set in 2080, when the memory preservation system 'Mind Upload' has become commercialized, about a detective who tries to find clues by entering the memories of a brain-dead boy who is the sole witness to an unsolved murder case that occurred in 2009, and digs up the truth behind the boy's distorted memories suffering from 'Ripley Syndrome'. The released poster shows the back of a character who goes into the memories of a brain-dead boy who is the sole witness to a murder case that occurred in an apartment in the past. 'Apartment: Ripley's World' is an AI interactive film designed to allow the audience to enter the boy's memories to find the real culprit and choose the truth. The fact that the mysterious person appearing on the poster can be any audience member makes it even more interesting. 'Apartment: Talented Mr. Ripley' is the second invitation to the Venice International Film Festival by director Chae Soo-eung, following his win for Best VR Experience, the top award in the Immersive Competition category, for 'Buddy VR' in 2018. It is also receiving a lot of attention as the only Korean film among the 26 entries in the Immersive Competition category this year. Meanwhile, the film 'Apartment: Talented Mr. Ripley' will be premiered to audiences around the world at the 81st Venice International Film Festival, which will be held from August 28th. http://www.wolyo.co.kr/news/articleView.html?idxno=245513
  5. The premise sounds cool, but it also reminds of a JLo movie, The Cell , and I really hope it's nothing like that. From what I understood it was really bad... I do wonder about the immersive part- does that mean that the audience will be able to influence the detective's decisions? Like a computer game?
