    @dukesa1122 lol yes, that’s my thing. No matter how good a drama is. That’s why it’s so hard for me to get invested in a drama/tv show because I know it’ll end someday and yet here I am. 

     

    I’m sorry, I didn’t mean to bring down your mood, chingu!

     

    I’ll still hang around this thread and wait for the director’s cut dvd, should it be released :P

    By the way, someone posted several pages back that the song “I Won’t Give Up” by Jason Mraz reminded her of our OTP. It came up in playlist a while ago and OMG it suits Jinsoo perfectly! I wonder if the writer is a fan of Jason Mraz lol, what with the reference to stars and all. Here are the lyrics

    Man, the Jinsoo withdrawal is real y’all

     

    I need something...anything!! Lol

     

    Echoing what some of you have said, while the ending is satisfying and beautiful, I wish we had more happy screentime in the finale with our OTP before bidding them farewell. 

     

    Not holding my breath for any new material in the DVD but I hope the universe surprises me, hee.

    Random thought

     

    I just realized that Congressman Cha’s release may be just around the corner, making his prison sentence a little over a year

     

    The ending scene was winter 2020. So if they were to go to Santiago/Spain during the second quarter, that would be around spring to summer. I highly doubt JH would’ve asked her to marry him if her Dad won’t be around. So yeah, it smells like a spring wedding for the two

    We all know what she had to go through since the announcement of the drama (loads of naysayers and bashers). She is very brave for taking on the role and we love her all the more for it!

    @dukesa1122 that would be an interesting debate too! :w00t: 1 year into the relationship...hmm...LOL

     

    I feel you too with the drama's ending, chingu! I mean, our thread has changed its title. I only noticed it now and got hit by the feels of sadness again. I was lurking here since "upcoming" and joined during "current" 

     

    What I loved about the snow kiss is it felt so raw with passion, love and longing! I can't quite put my finger on it but they just kiss differently from any other onscreen couple I've seen. Now if only someone can zoom in those zoomed out shots of the kiss.

    While I don’t think they’re married, because that proposal by the stairs is the sweetest thing since sugar was discovered, I do believe that maybe they are living together? 

     

    When he said something along the lines of “Do we have some ham?” then they talked about cooking.

     

    I know it’s a trivial line but it kinda gives me the vibe that he lives in her place or at least stays there from time to time. Lol

     

    Altho didn’t the mum also say the she is running out of dishes to cook for SH because she always comes over. Again this could be interpreted differently

     

    Oh my, this is the next great debate after the “Did They or Didn’t They? The Cuban Balcony Mystery” LMAO :lol:

    I figured as much. The playground scene was so beautifully done, with the snow and background music. The kiss was so beautiful too. It’s like everything came full circle. I’ll remember it for years to come. It hit me right in the feels

     

    And yes, ditto on ordinary happiness being so special. It’s very true and relates to everyone, regardless of age and social status!

     

    @dukesa1122 just the thought of no new still cuts, filming pictures and episodes is driving a truck through my fragile heart.

     

    How can I ever move on? I feel like I’m gonna go through the 5 stages of grief, starting with stage 1...

     

    1. Denial 

    “No, it’s not yet over! You see they haven’t announced anything for next week yet. What if there’s an epilogue or a special episode???”

     

    Then I’m off to...

    2. Anger

    3. Bargaining

    4. Depression

    5. Acceptance

     

    I’m full on drama queen this week!  Sue me! :lol:

    Agreed! I think I would've rolled my eyes so hard if there was a time jump before OTP got reunited although I'd still end up loving it coz I'm just that biased when it comes to SHK. Lol

    If the time jump happened during the break up then I would’ve raged so hard. Time jumps during break ups and the subsequent rushed reunion after are unbelievable for me because feelings change over time. That’s just how it works

     

    Anyway, glad they used the time jump wisely here, oh thank you drama gods as this was my biggest fear. I have several questions tho before hibernating soon!

     

    1. How long is Congressman Cha’s prison sentence?

     

    More importantly...

    2. Will we ever see that Santiago trip in our digital screens, not just our heads?!! (You’ve teased us TWICE, PD, TWICE :P)

     

    Finally...

    3. Will I ever get over the fact that my prediction for a Cuba ending in the garden of love didn’t happen?!! (Seriously, that was ny prediction since episode 1 LMAO)
