    Differences in PB and ELoD re DH identity in Aranya's dream. In PB, FJ lost her memory and see DH as XZ. She then fell in love with XZ and consummated her marriage to XZ, with DH still assuming the identity of XZ. 

     

    In ELoD, FJ remembers DH and know that XZ is actually DH. The person she consummated with was DH.

     

    So, which version do you girls like better? And why? 

    i like the drama version because is more "healthy" , I know in the book she fell in love with donghua again even when she tought she was over him so in Aryana dream we get to see that wasnt true at all  as donghua say to liansong : "Didn't she fall in love with me again because she'll never be able to love anyone else? "  

    But on Fengjiu`s behalf  what Donghua did even with the best intention was wrong , it wasnt that easy for Fengjiu to open his heart again to "Xize" after all the she went trough with Donghua and Donghua knew this at that point , i know he was a virgin rock that didnt have any relationship before but no matter that i still think what he did was selfish  (Im sorry Donghua i love you but its true)  , Fengiu deserved the true, she deserved to know of whom was she falling in love with and with whom was she becaming intimate and getting married basically . I like the drama more in this because the two of them have the chance to talk and make things more clear, and with this fengjiu got the oportunity to decide to open his heart to Donghua again

    OK now is obvious the writers tried to portrait JH as a "victim of love" due to external requirements (the actres) she didn't got to play fengjiu part but she didn't wanted to play the bad so she though  this way  her character would have better acceptance in the audience, there is no other reason of why the production decided to change JH in this way but they didn't succed ,she should had embrace the bad roll , look at Miao luo the actress seemed to enjoy her rol and everyone loved her haha although miao Luo is more interesting than JH

    That's how I imagine them spending their time after all the tragedy

     

    I also think when donghua heard fengjiu crying wihth sumoye he felt not only guilty , but insecure , he may be the former emperor of the universe a legend reverence by everybody  but  he has failed fengjiu  so many times that he is afraid at the prospect fengjiu thinking that he is not good for her, jealous are insecurity  and the  question  he asks her when he goes back heart broken after see her hugging change, how is cheng ye better than me?? I bet he never felt that insecure before

    Well I don't know too much about psychology correct if I'm wrong  I thought to have a father complex is related to ,"daddy issues" which I think isn't fengjiu`s case , and she only has loved one man so we can't say there is a pattern and she has a thing with older guys when she has only loved one person who looks way yonger than her father and like to tease others

    to me she started to admiring him like when you like a celebrity ,  his love was platonic but I think when she went to live in his palace as his made and fox pet she started to meet the real donghua and her admiration became a deeper love  moreover I woukd say the one with mommy issues  is donghua, he is the one who starts behaving like a child with fengjiu hahaha

    This thousand year old iron branch did not even flinch at ML's seduction. He still got his ice face mode on. I find DH so sexy in this scene. The only bug in that scene is JH. And how differently FJ reacted to this compromising situation. Haha..she wasn't even a bit jealous, she just thought this DH is so shameless to have a rendezvous with a lady in such a place. JH otoh, got all upset and ran away. And you dare say you suffered so much for DH and that he is trash for abandoning you?  Bleh..

     

     

     

    Hahha I must confess that scene give me ASMR  vibes evertime I watch it I don't know if is miaoluo voice or the bgm or everything XD

    they could have left and open finale or those two,  to me they tried to writte JH as a victim,  victim of ML , a victim of "his love "etc, etc , and they give her the happy ending because she was a "victim" what the writters forgot is the victim made a big mistake and messed up the lives or the main couple of the story and for that she needs a redempriotn scene she needed a scene when she aknowledges her mistake so she can "deserve" that final  but even in her final scene with yan chiwu, she only talks about her ,her and her feelings, she is still selfish  xiao yan is a great character and if the happy ending was for him well it felt so lacking 

     

    and in another topic i wpuld love to see the story of GunGun if tould be cool if tangqi decides to writte about him in the future!!!

    but FJ’s life was in danger and it was partially her fault. But Jiheng doesn’t care that another’s life is in danger. She just wants Dong Hua to herself.

    she is willing for Xiao Yan to hurt himself to save Dijun but doesn’t dare go into the cage herself. Here we see another difference between Feng Jiu and JH. Feng Jiu will always risk her life to save Dong Hua. Jiheng does not. 

    One thing that I find interesting is how she promises Xiao Yan anything if he saves Dong Hua. That promise can actually include never seeing Dong Hua again or marrying Xiao Yan, but maybe Jiheng was planning on Dong Hua backing her up or guilt tripping Xiao Yan into not using that promise.

    in any case, kudos to Xiao Yan for refusing.

    The worst to me was when she tried to force dijun divorce fengjiu and never marry again I was like: girl.... get out of here!!!!!!!

    Jiheng isn't a redeemable character not even with the extensive  plotline they tried to give her in the drama at the beginning I thought they were gonna writte her with more complexity but in falling Valle I was like no, she is here same crap as she is in the book and that finale make it worst! Is not like I was rooting for her to get a better development but if the writers goal in given her more screen tieme was to make her look as not that bad, they made an epic fail!!! Yan chiwu got it better,  to me in the book he is always a clown but in the drama he is awesome

    P.S  i dont thing Vengo is married XD  , but like @LovelyLady said everithing are rumors and speculations, the healthy thing todo for the sake of our heearts is to callm down and just see what happens at least  i thing we can say that V and R have a good friendship :)

    I agree we will never know who and why.... We must accept it and  let it go  their sweet scenes let me the impression that  fengjiu and donghua really love each other and will last forever

    Hahahah now I'm started to think that vengo is the shy haha his scene in the wrath of time was almost the same and I remember when they were to that big event of tencent and they were talking about the bath tube actually and he was saying"yeah I was required to do a lot of scenes of... and he even couldn't complete what he was saying it and reba look  strangely at him and complete: take a shower??? Hahaha

    News are starting to spread!!  I have to be honest , I'm still coping with the end of ELOD it's so it's weird to me see them starting new projects with different leads , I would say now there is not probabilities of see or favorite leads togheter again for a long time I had hopes at least a television appearance  , but show must go on !!!  I'm excited to see how diliribea plays this role it sounds very interesting!!! I'm hoing to hear about future projects from gao weiwang too I wish their careers keep rising they booth deserve it
