    The story about the vacuum is sad. Are any of you watching I Am Not a Robot? (Same director as W.) That main character does the same thing. (And also is dressed in Hanah and has been wearing some of the same exact sweaters as Sukkie in some of his recent appearances.) It was funny/sad in the drama, but ack, I didn't realize it might have a basis in real life. Well, I'm glad he has good people in his life now, and does not have to talk to the vacuum anymore!

     

    Yeah it is such a young age. People who live in Seoul has it a bit easier, but for people living in distant towns, they do have to come to Seoul at an young age. Although many kids live in hostels or an accomodation which caters to young people, sometimes they live alone though it is rare.

     

    No the idol group training happened later. He had also joined an acting agency and for 3 years got no job. He was loosing his mind, and depressed. I am happy he has friends now. As an introvert I can totally understand his feelings.

     

    People who join big agencies generally have it easier coz they have connections and power. But he literally started from ground zero in a very small agency, to where he is now. That takes a lot. But this is Kang Chul we are talking about, once he makes up his mind, he does it whatever it takes^_^

    And what does it mean "training to be an idol"? I read somewhere that he was in a group that raps? Ahm...scratching my head now...but I can't seem to imagine him doing that :D . But I would love to see a clip of him rapping. :D

     Thanks a lot @Riman Rakshit for the help!! If anyone else has something to share...oh please do. It has become some kind of obsession :D to know these things about him because I find his life story really fascinating and inspiring. :)

     

    He was 14/15 when he came to seoul. Yes all alone. His mum now lives close to his apartment and often meets him. But yeah he doesn't talk about his dad much. 

     

    We speculated back in 2012, that he could have been in SM but he didn't mention any agency. He said the Kpop idol group where he was going to debut, was initially called "Real", but debuted with a different name. He was going to be the maknae rapper of the group:D

    His father was so strict, Sukkie could not look in the direction of him.He is very affectionate with his siblings, they would slap each other's foreheads :tongue:  His dad is also very athletic. He wanted Sukkie to study and work in the government or some such thing. But when he decided to join entertainment, they were upset. His school teacher said, every year his and his parent's "dream job description" kept changing and never matched .

     

    After he came to Seoul, he was living alone, and coz he was young, he used to be very scared at night. So he slept with the lights on. Which annoyed him, so he decided to sleep during the day, and stay awake through the night. He felt lonely, and his robot vacuum cleaner was like a companion. He used to pick it up and caress it and ran after it while it was cleaning.

     

    He loves the TV since forever even More than hero of Oldboy:D.

    He had a big crush on Lee Na Young, and would pretend to act along side her, saying the hero's lines

     

    He would watch variety shows, and drama and recite lines, pretending to be in it.

     

    His parents were upset that he didn't have any TV appearance, which is why he appeared in the game show "Truth game" in 2005.

    He was sued by a big company, after he decided to quit from training to be an idol(he trained 3 months). He said subsequently, that this was the first time he learnt how scary it is growing up.

    PD nim is a shipper:D thank you for showing that epic handcuff kiss scene!

     

    JJ should do a light-hearted romance movie so that we get to see their chemistry. Remember that elevator scene, the spark between them was so sensual-_-

    W was so angsty, I was worried for both of their lives, I wish if they work again, they will do something completely focused on love, oh and can we get no 4 please next time?:D

     

    About JS, in 2015 he was completely under the radar, and for 1 year did not do any acting work. This time, since he did 4 projects back to back, perhaps like 2015 he is taking time off to rest. And since enlistment is also going to happen, not sure whether he will pick another work before service.

    Yes haha she even uses the same words. I wonder how you can hate someone this much that you are willing to go everywhere to talk bad about him. She is like obsessed with Sukkie :tongue:

    I wish soompi bans these people, but seeing her dedication, she'll just make another account. You are right, best ignore antis like that :D

    This is random but did you guys know Sukkie is a licensed and trained pilot B) I find that very romantic and oppaish:D

     

     

    @frozentundra I sort of understand the Hyo fans who do not like her name being involved with Sukkie although it makes me sad.

    JS has fans who are super scared and averse of shipping coz he got bashed so much over these years . Some shippers are a bit too much which results in shipping wars and can be extreme.

     

    But since most of us JJ shippers are pretty cool, i think in general we have a good reputation. So most are accepting of us :blush:I am willing to ignore those who causes ship wars coz thats very stressful. Let them fight, we shall spread the JJ love.

    When couples start dating, they look more like each other. It seems to me our JongJoo is looking more like one another. And their cute gestures are similar as well. Even in youtube comments section I hear people saying how much they resemble each other. Same with SSC, you see that they too resemble each other:wub:

     

    Oh and I was watching this BTS clip of Michael Fassbender( an Irish actor) singing to his costar Alicia Vikander(before they started dating, and got married) and it reminded me so much of Sukkie singing to Hyo-_- Especially since Michael too is not very good at singing but cutely serenades like JS:D.

     

    Our writer-nim is writing another drama of augmented reality and space travel like W which will air in 2018, I know its impossible, but I so wish she would cast JongJoo again, that would be so awesome!

    Yes Hyo appeared and we were all very happy around then. She was wearing this black dress looking very elegant. And Sukkie posted this cryptic message "dont catch cold":D

     

    Jong Suk said it himself that he owns NOYB in an interview last year. He is also the main director and designed the hugs n kisses sweatshirt collection which celebs are wearing. 

    But Hyo's dress was really unique, and beautiful:wub:

    Since always chingu:blush: He is a romantic guy, and very poetic as well. When he was a child, his father scolded him a lot coz of this, he thought that JS was too soft and tried to toughen him up by admitting him in taekwondo kekeke

    But although he is a 4 Dan Blackbelt holder, his nature is still the same. 

     

    And much of School is improvised, so it could be that he chose this poem, he even recited it in his speech for New actor award 

    He has always been reflective to the point that sometimes he writes such cryptic stuff, it is hard to figure lol 

     

    Yes he started the project an year ago, so love for Hyo might have motivated him to publish this book to act on his love:wub: Remember when his heart beat rose after touching her, lol boy is smitten, and he can't hide it-_-
