This thread is moving at lightning speed! I rewatched the episodes again and I am melting at the bracelet scene. Interesting to read about korean history too. There is still alot to read in this thread . For me he look the best in this role. I will watch his other shows just to alleviate the moonsickness!

Morning! Listening to moonlight osts as I am on my way to work and struggling to clear my mind to focus on work later. Searching the internet for park bo gum photos and basically smiling at his cute face. I am counting down to moondays.

I am not liking the 2nd actress too but she is quite innocent so far. Just too bad for her. Hope she doesnt turn out too evil in typical korean sageuk fashion.
I plan to re-watch the episodes again! The enjoyment is a different level when you marathon the episodes. Listening to the OSTS now also make me feel sentimental.

I think RN's mum wants to dress her up as a boy as they were been pursued by Kim's henchmen. Her mum is likely to have been killed already by now. The King probably was manipulated to order an arrest due to the rebellion. Its probable that the rebellion arose as the people were suffering due to Kim's antics. The king thought the rebel was against him, but probably it is for survival that the 'rebellion' happen. This is just what I 'make out of' based on what transpired so far. As for whether Hong was a nobel who became a rebel - I really dont know. I only hope our OTP has a happy ending!

I saw the preview of episode 9 and I am feeling abit heart broken looking at it. I hope there will be some sweet moments to balance the pain of the angst thats coming up. So far the show has been keeping it very balanced, with the 'right' level of sweetness, comedy, angst, sadness, love, fun and seriousness. I hope it will stay good for the entire run and I am going to enjoy the ride as I know when it ends, there will be a 'moon shape' hole in my heart. (Till the next drama crack!) Though I know my park bo gum addiction is here to stay !
This is the first time I am so addicted for any drama and actor!!

The bracelet as his declaration of love makes it so sweet and meaningful. Lots of emotive feels with his EYES!!!!! And I love the way their hands 'act' in the dance scene and the bracelet scene!!!! Again I have to say the premise of the story is simple and yet the delivery from costumes, music, acting, cast chemistry to cinematography just makes me very moonstuck and in love!!! My heart feels full watching this though I know I must be prepared for some ANGST coming up !!
