@Grace1003 like your post about eunuch jang.
I always thought though that hoon nam and yi xin embroidered on his sleeve is his name and when the cp said hoon nam is all he need, it showed though he appeared uncaring towards his staff, he actually know him by name, instead of just saying eunuch Jang. I thought that scene was abit touching as it highlighted cp's character as someone who is warm in his heart too.
Tomorrow is The day! So not ready to face the angsr. I will control myself this time and only watch on tue wed with the subs.

I bet alot of the celebrities will want to act with kjy or park bo gum or jinyoung and lee kwang dong after the show. Its fun to c that they may possibly be "fangirling" too.

The scene when cp asked her why she isnt expressing sadness at his wedding news. She replied "what cant b changed , we can only go with the flow. Does that mean i have to keep crying tears"? Why not just smile at him and express joy. That snippet gave me the clue that raon is someone who doesnt easily shed tears despite her hard life.
when she knew of the wedding news, she was very sad and hid away at the tree. She was trying not show her sadness but she couldnt. u wont expect her to shed tears easily when she has a strong character. Hence I feel she expressed her feelings well and made raon came alive.

I dont agree that kyj acting wasnt on par. I think that during the scene when she was been taken away, what she portrayed was feelings of sadness , wanting to be strong as she knows if she broke down more, cp may make more ruckus and get into trouble. So her feelings were sadness, anxiety, wanting to be strong, not wanting to leave her home, etc. its not something that can be simply expressed with tears and yet her eyes portrayed those complex emotions at least to me. As for love and her sense of careful expression, its expected of someone who had spent her whole life as a man , hiding her own true self and her own wants due to fears. She didnt even know why she had to live like a man and yet she had the fear as she was constantly told to be like a man since growing up. While she loves cp, she is new to totally expressing herself freely as a woman and she cannot be so upfront as well because of her hidden identity. It will be weird for her to cry so openly as most people around her thinks she is a man.
The chemistry sizzles because their acting is on par. If she cant carry her acting, then the chemistry wont be so good.

I voted and i must say its really interesting to see how they are in the program. I like the camaderie they share with each other. I cant get over how gyoungpo wore a woman top as it was the cheap and on sale and they had limited budget.
Yes park bo gum really inspires me to want to b a posiive force and i am still amazed at this bogum effect.

I noticed he always serves others first and feel bad if he cannot help or do anything from the videos ( yof and 2d1n)
just v amazed at his gentle personality and his acting skills. I never idolise an actor like now and its all very refreshing to me. I hope his career will soar and that he will stay true and authentic

Its possible raon's father was an official too and wrongly accused when he helped the hungry people. The royals' names were often blacklisted each time evil minister kim executte innocent people using the king's name. Maybe minister kim want to force a rebellion so that he can change king and he can install his grandson ys as the king when the people were against the royalty? Just a thought that came to mind. I noticed the lanteen girl seller was accused after cp got friendly with her.
So its likely they want to do the same to him. When he disobey, they will cut away the ones hes close to. Now its happening with the lantern girl seller. Maybe raon is next when the evil queen discovered the hanbok. I hope our cp can rise above the situation with his wise teacher's help.

I saw him in youths over flowers africa and was amused and touched by him. In one of the scenes, he cried with his r88 costar and I felt my tears well up too. I saw him in 2 days 1 night and hes super nice and serves the others alot. He was also this way in youths over flowers africa. I just conclude he is an authentic person who serves others above himself.

I like your analysis of raon and possibilities of how the story can go. I wonder how the rating will be on monday. Will it be high as we are curious how it unfolds or low as we want to avoid the heart break. Whatever it is , I trust the team ! I only hope the actors willl have enough rest as it seem they are on very tight schedule now.
The preview only serves to add more mystery on how the story unfolds. Though angsty and sad, I am keen to see how it will be. just another 4 weeks and the story will end. I think I will miss the otp alot and so now I shall just appreciate the show and not be too angsty about it.

i hope the episodes will still have some sweetness to balance the angst, just like how its been though I know it will get more and more angsty. Possibly the part when the queen questioned raon about her hanbok is the ending of episode 11 then tue episode will b on how she leave the palace and the wedding? Loads wild guesses. One thing is certain, there gonna be loads of crying.

Frankly I wasnt expecting such a preview. It seem to be even more disasterous on so many levels! Esp the part when they discovered her Hanbok. Just seeing cp's tired sad eyes while he watched over raon sleep and talking already gave me heart break. Ra on also seemed more tired in this preview. Gosh i hope the team will have some needful rest!

No it isnt. it sound almost oriental.k will song appeared at end of episode 8. But beginning of episode 9, the instrumental was like that from a xylophone or chinese instrument. I liked that piece alot. Hope they release the whole compilation of the instrumental music soon. Usually I dont care for classical music or instrumental. This is first time the instrumental music really captivated me, on top of so many other firsts.

Rewatched episode 9 amd 10 and I still feel touched at the sign language scene. I still squeal at the lovey dovey scenes. I think I gona rewatch 1-10 again till monday comes. This show is like a a bowl of good soup to me.The more I "rewatch"/"cook"it, the more flavorful it gets.

I got the park bo gum fever after watching mdbc. I havent notice his previous shows before. Since theni have been goIng through the net looking for his shows. I will try to catch "i remember you". And finish reply88 first.
