DIY: Personalized Mugs - With only mugs and sharpies !

1) Get Sharpies, and a mug.
2) Write anything on it.
3) Put it in the oven for 30 minutes.


Voila !

I really want to do this but does baking it help the ink stay longer, is that why we need to bake it?

I plan on doing this for my boyfriend! As soon as I figure out what design I'm going to make.
And then wrapping it with a bunch of news paper, putting it in a box with more padding, trying the box shut with ribbon, and then wrapping it pretty paper to ship. LOL. I really don't want it to break so I'm taking a lot of care with it since it's going across the country.
