i noticed that massaging it really well helps a lot...

my ex had a crapload of dandruff (it was so gross), and i shampoo'ed his hair and massaged it alot...i guess for some guys, they think they dont need to massage it so much (since they dont have that much hair)...but after that, he was dandruff free for a while (then he went back to his quick rubbing of the scalp...and the dandruff came back -_-)

Head and shoulders doesn't do much for me if anything, I'd say try Nizoral shampoo, it's really good for dandruff.

Only use dandruff shampoo.I have the same issue. When I stopped using my Perplus dandruff, my scalp was getting dried and everytime i'll scratch my hair, i have tons! I used DOVE.

I recommend Perplus , the 2 in 1 dandruff shampoo. but any dandruff shampoo will do!

neutrogena's T-GEL dandruff shampoos are the best, imo. they have a weird chemical smell, but you'll/boyfriend will like the results :]

after seeing improvements with T-Gel, i recommend head & shoulders for every-day use. i think youre only supposed to use T-Gel sparingly..

brushes with copper bristles help reduce dandruff.

http://www.goody.com/swf/Collections/Styli...llection/Flash/

the copper kills 88% of bacteria/fungi that causes dandruff.

i have it and yep it works while head&shoulders did nothing for me.

where can i get this at? and also is it any damaging (such as breaking hair strands or something lol) since it's a hard material?

^bleh, t-gel smells HORRIBLE imo, its the tar inside that makes it smell like that, but i hear its effective (my dad uses it)
