g.o.d.′s Yoon Kye Sang Recovering from Meningitis
g.o.d.′s Yoon Kye Sang has been diagnosed with meningitis.

A rep from Yoon Kye Sang′s agency Saram Entertainment said on July 8 that "Yoon Kye Sang went to get a checkup because he wasn′t feeling well. He was diagnosed with meningitis. He′s currently being treated at the hospital, but his condition isn′t very serious. He will be able to appear at the concert because he′s done practicing with the members."





The singer was admitted to the hospital on the morning of July 7. He plans to stay at the hospital for a few days for treatment.
Meningitis is an infection in the meninges, or membrane, that surrounds the brain and spinal cord.
g.o.d.′s big brother Park Jun Hyung also stepped out to reassure fans through his social network account.
"I went to see Kye Sang′s bright and healthy face just now. We had juice and joked around. Don′t be too worried. He just needed some time to rest because he′s been working hard in this hot weather and his immune system failed when he became tired," he said.
He added, "You know Kye Sang and how strong he is. That′s my little brother. He asked me to tell you he thanks you for your care."

Felt worry coz there are a lot of work coming ahead, hope KS won't overload himself with work.

I think the members of god will look after him.

Yoon Kye Sang will be going home healthy today.

A source from Saram Entertainment told Newsen on July 10, "Yoon Kye Sang will be leaving the hospital today. The doctor said he could because he′s feeling much better now."

"Yoon Kye Sang will rest for a while, then continue preparations for the g.o.d. concert," the source added.

Yoon Kye Sang was admitted to the hospital on July 7 after being diagnosed with meningitis.

g.o.d. will start its nationwide tour in Seoul on July 12 and 13. It will then continue through Gwangju, Busan, Daegu and Daejeon in August.

g.o.d’s Kim Tae Woo Says Yoon Kye Sang Got Sick Because He Practiced the Hardest

g.o.d.’s Kim Tae Woo revealed Yoon Kye Sang’s current health condition. 

During the July 11 broadcast of SBS’ Nightline, g.o.d.’s Park Jun Hyung, Danny Ahn and Kim Tae Woo shared the story behind g.o.d′s reunion.

About Yoon Kye Sang, who was recently hospitalized due to meningitis, Kim Tae Woo said, “He was discharged from the hospital today. I just talked to him on the phone and he said he’s okay. He even attended practice before we came here.”

He added, “The reason Yoon Kye Sang got sick is because he practiced the hardest. I think he felt a lot of pressure but you don’t have to worry because we’ll be able to present good performances.”

About reuniting as a team for the first time in 12 years, Danny Ahn said, “We’ve been talking about singing together again for a long time, thinking that we never disbanded, but it wasn’t easy. But we were able to come together thanks to maknae Tae Woo’s hard work.”

Meanwhile, Yoon Kye Sang was hospitalized on July 8 due to meningitis.

Honey Lee reveals boyfriend Yoon Kye Sang's response to her love scenes with T.O.P


On August 29, Honey Lee met up with members of the media at a cafe in Seoul for an interview and talked about her boyfriend, Yoon Kye Sang, and his reaction to her love scenes with T.O.P for movie, 'Tazza 2.'
She revealed, "He was not jealous at all.  I think being an actress means there are things you need to forego.  The human nature of men is to dislike anyone looking at their women, so it could be difficult enduring the fact that everyone is watching through the screen.  The job of being an actress means everyone is your lover, which can be painful, but that makes it beautiful, too.
Personally, I put a lot of things aside.  When actors date one another, there are things you need to make allowances for.  If you start bothering each other about such matters, there is no end.  Whatever work we're doing, we are understanding of each other in such a manner."
The movie will be out in theaters on September 3!
