B-last 2/3 of a McDonald's bacon egg & cheese mcgriddles which I peeled the bacon fat off of before I ate it.

A large coke, which I refilled, oops.

S-packet of kind fruit snacks (no added sugar)

just 3/4 of an apple, 2 cherries, 3 strawberries.

Taste was ok, but texture and looks, ewwwww.

S-some cucumber kimchi and mixed salad beans, a few wholegrain wheat thins, bits of sharp white cheddar.

More coke, uggh.

S- a few cheetos, 3 mini Nestle's crunch bars, several korean lemon vitamin c candies.

Lemon Iime seltzer water.

D- jollibee fried chicken (about 2 thighs)

a few bites of jolly spagetti, gamja jorim (about a 1/2 cup) it was waayyy sweet. 

More coke, ooops.

2 mini ginger ales

Bowl of ddukgukk

3 mini triple chocolate kit kat

Mini bag of lemonade fruit snacks

Coca-Cola lots

Water lots

Some leftover bean and cucumbers salad (about two tbsp)

Four Newman o's cookies (double chocolate)

2 bars of sharp cheddar snack cheese

2 thin slices of honey ham

3 egg and mayo sushi hand rolls

Several mini club cheese sandwich crackers

Can of fruit cocktail 15oz (wow, what a pig)

leftover ddukgukk with scrambled egg

enotaki mushrooms and spam

A mini cheddar cheese

about 8oz lite peaches

Coca-Cola  (lots)

Water

Two mini triple chocolate kit kat

Two mini bags of fruit snacks

Will have a yummy honeycrisp apple later

Dinner was cheddar bacon potato crisps

A buttermilk chicken tender from mcds

A huge soda

More lite peaches (about 7 ozs)

Another mini cheddar cheese

I was looking for a food tread. So here I am. 

 

Breakfast:

rice porridge with oat milk.

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and 1 tablespoon raspberry jam.

1 slice of wholegrain bread with butter.

 

In-between meals: 3 cups of black coffee.

 

Dinner: 

Vegan chili.

 Two slices of Wasa- wholegrain crackers
