I got it all separately. The ricey charm is one of those "Name on rice" things. It has a real rose in it (smallest rose in the world), in purple. Crushed shells at the bottom, and a red gemstone...supposedly to look like blood, but I should have posed it better. The lantom flower, meaning sorrow, I brought it off ebay.

Then I just placed them all together.
