UPDATE - my commenting in English and Korean at his IG post from today paid off, oppa added Miluju TE~♡ to the top of the Instagram post. One day before my Korean Speech Contest. What a mental support that is.  I thanked him very much  

 

I am dancing with happiness now. How considerate this man is... he has edited his IG post at least three times already to make his fans happy....

I guess Oppa can't keep up with the speed with which his fans are coming from the many countries.  Don't be sad. He meant his love for all his angels but couldn't cover them all in languages. His action spoke much.  Actually, shouldn't we sympathise with him that he has to learn so many languages because his angels are worldwide.

I’m with you here. She definitely did a good job of portraying HS. As @antoniaclamens said, HS actions frustrated me in the later episodes. Yes, HS not IU. She was acting as directed by the PD, right? Therefore, I’m more frustrated with the writers and PD for not giving us a clear POV of HS. Anyway, let’s vent about that when we get to those dreaded episodes.

 

The experience of watching it for the second time is definitely different, (I did watch it couple of times but I was skipping some parts ) you tend to dig deeper into each scene focusing on all the aspects, but the following rambling is very superficial – nothing deep about them! 

 

Introduction of WS is simply breath taking!

Yes, there definitely seems to be some history behind them, what with snake Wook saying he brought HS there and him creeping up to her personal space.  Never ever going to like or love that snake Wook, and yes I am a bit biased and bitter.

BWAA!!!  I remember wanting SO much more Wang So!!  It was hard to wait 24 hours to see Episode 2...then a whole week to see Episode 3.

lol. love how your likes, dislikes and loves are all about Wang So... but in the end, no matter how many screen time he had, how they try to sold us Wook so hard, everything in MLSHR is about Wang So

But they aired the first 2 episodes on monday back to back... in fact i started the drama on tuesday, just expecting to watch the pilot and then decide if i would continue watching the drama... instead i swallowed the 3 first episodes and spent the worst week ever waiting for episode 4 (and daydreaming and not spleeping at nights because i can´t took of my head bath scene from epi 2 and killing the monks scene from epi 3)

@antoniaclamens What source did you watch it? Did anybody stream it?  I didn't.  I remember patiently waiting for 7 pm EST Mondays & Tuesdays because that was when Dramafever would drop the new episode for the week.  Maybe they dropped both 1 & 2 right away...but I don't think I watched them that way.  I remember how painful it was the week baseball would interfere.

Yes I know....it wasn't as iconic at MLSHR.   But he was in uniform.

 

It was such a quick introduction to a scene in which I thought would be MUCH longer.  I wanted to see HJ be a SWAT member more than 5 minutes!  So this was my reaction.

Then, for @pixelsticks , @antoniaclamens, @bluelilac1214 and all the other that ask for it... here is the review of the first episode    

In my comment, I will mix some of the feelings that I have experienced during my first vision, since I have never commented with you, together with the one of the second. 
MLSHR was one of the first Korean dramas I saw, I think the second to tell the truth, and I was lucky enough to see it when it was over, so I did not experience all the anxiety that most of you have experienced     .

Keep this in mind, so what I will write here below will seem less absurd    !

It was also the first historical drama I ever saw ... and I would say that I chose well, given that no historical drama has overcome it. 
Having said this, I confess that when I saw the initial scene where our Wang So was presented, rather than being captured by the look (remember I did not know our JG ... but I learned to love him shortly  ), the first thing I thought it was: oh heaven ... it sounds like "The Fellowship of the Ring". Well yes, both the music and the scene have reminded me too much about the fellowship scene ... but the thing is over there, because from there all was another thing.   
I love rebellious characters and long, wild hair in man... so imagine what I think when I saw Wang So in action    
I don't know why, but also the fact that he had killed the horse on arrival at the palace didn't make me think he was the bad guy of the situation... I just thought ... oooookay, if the good morning is seen from the morning, he will make a slaughter behind the other (... and in fact ) ... and... I like it    !!! (yes ... I'm a bit sadistic, I admit it). But on the other hand I understand quite immediately why he was so aggressive: he didn't have an easy childhood, at the mercy of "enemies" and without the affection of his mother or of the brothers    So yes, I like our Wang So from the very first moment and for several reasons, even if I didn't know our JG (... I fall in love with him after some times...)

 

I confess: I was not particularly impressed by anyone at the recitative level in the first episode, but it seemed to me a good start, pretty cheerful and with lots of cool characters.

I like very much the choral scene of all the princes at the bath... why???? Well.. I never seen so many korean male naked all at once ... and even now that I've seen other drama I would say that the only other case was in Hwarang   
Apart for that, I was able to understand the character of the princes in one shot: solar and playful Eun and Jung, mediator and pacifier (at least for now)  Wook, calculator and intriguing Yo, a little bit flirting Baek Ha ....... useless and opportunist Won.

And I like in the same way the scene in Ji Mong study: one of the last moment in which all the princes are happy and close.

 

But of course the scene that I like the most was the last one... I mean... find me a healthy mind girl who would not melt in being saved by a masked and gloomy man    ... even if he's famous to be a ruthless assassin 

 

Well.. that's all folks for now ... sorry if I'm not a good reviewer

 

BTW: which version are you seeing? The international or the other one?

Btw, my Korean Speech Contest ended and I was awarded with bronze 3rd place. ^^~

Competition was tough, there were more experienced competitors  But I am totally happy that in those five minutes I said everything from my memory without mistakes and I was even smiling and said it somehow happily   (JG effect possibly? loool)

@violina Hahah Yes it is Jack Nicholson (from the movie Mars Attacks!) <<<where are you from?>>> I wanted so much more of HJ and SWAT time.  I felt we got more footage during all the BTS about it than actual CM footage. But it is one of the best JG crying scenes! 

 

And those MLSHR Press Conference Reactions gifs are the gifs that just keep giving!  He was SO reactive there.

I am tickled pink that you gave your review!!  Thank you!!!  Lord of the Rings huh?  I kept waiting for Game of Thrones type references to show up in MLSHR since that is what Running Man themed their Prince episode.  Little did I know Goblin was going to basically rip off the Jon Snow fighting the Bastard Army scene.

So I will admit....at the end of MLSHR, sans SOON & the hankie promise, I was a despondent mess!!!  I played this youtube video on heavy repeat. And dreamed of Wang So performing this for his Hae Soo. So...if you need a dose of Mr. Red Ginseng...watch this and get the views above 1 million!

@pixelsticks My reaction when seeing JG marching to the bomb scene was something like this: 

"Oppaaaaaaaaa!"
