Instructions for changing profile pic

Where can I find the instructions?  i obviously added one, but now I can't remember the process   When I tried to add "webp" I receive--unknown server error--error code 200.  Help this non techie!

Normally I just choose "Profile"

Hover on the left side over my current profile photo and press the icon "Profile Photo"

Then I choose "Upload Photo" and choose the pic in question from my computer

 

It's important that it isn't over 0.98 MB in size. That's really small. So you might have gotten an error if you uploaded something too big. There are a lot of online services where you can resize a picture to a smaller size.
