On May 22, it was confirmed that Son Hyun Joo and Kim Myung Min will be starring in the upcoming drama “Your Honor.”

Premiering this summer, “Your Honor” is about two fathers who turn monstrous to protect their children, highlighting a clash of paternal instincts.

Son Hyun Joo, known for his intense performances, will play judge Song Pan Ho, a character respected for his warm personality. Song Pan Ho is a man of strong beliefs and a sense of justice, living a successful life without a blemish. As a father and a figure of integrity, Son Hyun Joo is expected to deliver a nuanced portrayal, revealing the complexities of Song Pan Ho’s character.

Jung Eun Chae to Possibly lead "Your Honor" with Son Hyun Joo and Kim Myung Min

Jung Eun Chae is in discussion to join the upcoming K-drama, Your Honor.

On August 14th, it was revealed that Jung Eun Chae received a casting offer to star alongside Son Hyun Joo and Kim Myung Min in the upcoming ENA K-drama Your Honor. 

Jung Eun Chae's agency KeyEast shared their side regarding the casting reports. According to the agency, Jung Eun Cha did receive the offer and the actress is currently reviewing it. Nothing has been decided yet. 

Your Honor will be led by Son Hyun Joo and Kim Myung Min and it will be helmed by director Pyo Min Soo (The Producers, Heartstrings, The World That They Live In, and Full House). 

The upcoming K-drama was revealed to be produced back in May through the KT Group Media Day. 

Your Honor will premiere on the ENA broadcast channel and it will air in 2024.

This will possibly be the second upcoming K-drama of Jung Eun Chae. Earlier this month, it was reported that Jung Eun Chae will join the upcoming K-drama Jeong Nyeon together with Kim Tae Ri, Shin Ye Eun, Ra Mi Ran, Moon So Ri, and Kim Yoon Hye. 

Early this year, Jung Eun Chae was part of the movie Maybe We Broke Up with Lee Dong Hwi, Kang Gil Woo, and Jung Da Eun.

Jung Eun Chae last starred in the 2022 Coupang Play original K-drama Anna with miss A's Bae Suzy, Kim Joon Han, Park Ye Young, Heo Hyung Kyu, and Kang Shin Chul. She was praised for portraying the role of Lee Hyun Joo.

The actress made her acting debut in 2010. She has appeared in various works such as Pachinko, The King: Eternal Monarch, The Guest, Dr. Frost, Women in Our House, The Great Battle, The King, The Fatal Encounter, and more.

On May 22, Genie TV officially confirmed that brilliant actors Son Hyun Joo and Kim Myung Min will be the main leads of the upcoming K-drama Your Honor. The series will be the follow-up K-drama of Crash and it will premiere every Monday and Tuesday.

ENA’s upcoming thriller drama “Your Honor” (literal title) has revealed its first teaser and posters!

“Your Honor” is about two fathers who turn monstrous to protect their children, highlighting a clash of paternal instincts. Son Hyun Joo transforms into judge Song Pan Ho, a man of strong beliefs and a sense of justice who lives a successful life without a blemish, while Kim Myung Min plays Kim Kang Heon, a ruthless crime boss with a cold demeanor and an imposing presence.

The newly released teaser video kicks off with the car accident of judge Song Pan Ho’s son Song Ho Young (Kim Do Hoon). Due to this accident, Song Ho Young becomes a murderer, and Song Pan Ho tries to cover up the case to protect his son. The clip also previews Kim Kang Heon, who sets out to find the culprit who killed his son Kim Sang Hyuk (Heo Nam Jun), raising viewers’ curiosity as to the entangled relationship between the four.
