-playingyou- said: @urie, i hope cold eyes breaks 7 million lol i hope that's possible. and i vote for a drama as her next project, too. but yeah, i also personally think that the probability of that isn't very high. so let's hope she encounters a drama offer that she won't be able to resist before she signs on to another movie. at this point though, i think she needs a vacation, i just read and realized that she filmed 3 movies in a year. *oh, her grandmother went to the cinema to watch gwanghae 5 times! then, yeah, hyo joo should pick drama next and have halmoni watch her granddaughter inside the comfort of her home.

Yeah, I think she will not appear on small screen this year so hopefully she will have drama project next year reminding her grandma really want to see her granddaughter on TV. I still remember that her grandma so happy watching Brilliant Legacy cause aside she will see Hyo Joo often, also in BL there was relationship between ES and Hwan grandma =D. Hyo Joo talked about her grandma on her interview 2009 from Arirang I guess, she loves to say about her grandma <3

@urie, omo, I thought these pictures were from commercial shots but I saw Simon Yam behind her, it turns out they are from Cold Eyes stills kkk I love her appearance here and I'm glad there are scenes when she dress up like that :D

The Toronto International Film Festival has started announcing what is shaping up to be an epic lineup for its its 38th edition.

So far, 75 films have been announced (last year, the festival eventually had 289 feature films in the program, a number this year should roughly end up equaling), including new films from Ron Howard, Kelly Reichardt, John Wells, Jean-Marc Vallée, Paul Haggis, Nicole Holofcener, Atom Egoyan, Jason Reitman, Ralph Fiennes, Paul Haggis, Richard Ayoade, David Gordon Green, Alfonso Cuarón, Jonathan Glazer, Liza Johnson, and directorial debuts of "Mad Men" creator Matthew Weiner, as well as actors Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Keanu Reeves, Mike Myers and Jason Bateman.

Below is a list of all the titles announced, with descriptions provided by the festival. The festival runs September 5-15, 2013.

GALAS

American Dreams in China
Peter Ho-Sun Chan, Hong Kong/China North American Premiere
1985. In the midst of China’s economic reform period, three college students — an overzealous hillbilly who refuses to accept his destiny of being a farmer; a cynical intellectual with a superiority complex; and a romantic idealist who wants to be a movie star — bond through a shared fascination with Western literature, music and movies, and an ambition to live the American dream. This sets the three on a roundabout course toward the foundation of a wildly successful English-language tutorial institute — but sudden fame and fortune could tear the friends and their vision apart.

The Art of the Steal Jonathan Sobol, Canada World Premiere
Crunch Calhoun, a third-rate motorcycle daredevil and part-time art thief, teams up with his snaky brother to steal one of the most valuable books in the world. But it's not just about the book for Crunch — he's keen to rewrite some chapters of his own past as well. Starring Jay Baruchel, Matt Dillon, Kurt Russell, Terence Stamp, Katheryn Winnick, Chris Diamantopoulos, Kenneth Welsh and Jason Jones.

August: Osage County
John Wells, USA World Premiere
August: Osage County tells the dark, hilarious and deeply touching story of the strong-willed women of the Weston family, whose lives have diverged until a family crisis brings them back to the Midwest house they grew up in, and to the dysfunctional woman who raised them. Based on Tracy Letts’ Pulitzer Prize– and Tony Award–winning 2007 play of the same name. Starring Meryl Streep, Julia Roberts, Ewan McGregor, Benedict Cumberbatch, Abigail Breslin, Sam Shepard and Chris Cooper.

Cold Eyes Cho Ui-seok and Kim Byung-seo, South Korea North American Premiere
A veteran leader of the Special Crime Department Surveillance Team, and a rookie female detective with gifted powers of reasoning, keep a close watch over a vicious criminal organization. After continuous surveillance and pursuit, they come close to arresting the organization but commit a fatal mistake. Starring Seol Kyung-gu, Jung Woo-sung, Han Hyo-joo, Lee Jun-ho and Jin Gyeong.
