Actress Han Hyo Joo recently showcased her artistic skills, according to News Pim.

On July 15, Daum Mobile Morning Gallery featured some of her art animation. The 20-second animation clip is titled “Things That Make Han Hyo Joo Laugh.” It is a part of Daum’s “Art and Shake Project 2.”

Han Hyo Joo created two characters named Si Mong and Nae Mong with four cheerful episodes to depict things that make her laugh in her daily life.

Han Hyo Joo and writer Kwon Ki Soo, creator of “Dong Gu Ri,” are participating in Daum’s “Art and Shake Project” to spread inspiration and art culture through the mobile world. There is also a video on Youtube that shows them going through the creative process.

Their project, “Mobile Morning Gallery,” will continue until July 31.

What do you think of Han Hyo Joo’s drawings?

Now I'm hoping for a new drama for Hyo Joo. I miss her on TV. Last one was Dong Yi way back on 2010... Hopefully on the last quarter of the year or 1st quarter of 2014. :D

'Running Man' commemorates its 3rd anniversary on air

RM PD Interview :)

- What guests were the most memorable?

Park Ji Sung was the most surprising. I had no idea he could talk that well. (laughter) When I first went to England to meet him, he had an amazing sense of variety. Even Yoo Jae Suk told him he should do variety more. Choi Min Soo is also someone I'm thankful towards. He was very good at livening up his character, putting suspense into 'Running Man' in the process. He was very memorable. Also, I was very surprised with Jung Woo Sung -- I was expecting a very manly, charismatic character, but as we filmed together, he had many fun moments. Apart from them, Son Ye Jin, Gong Hyo Jin, Han Hyo Joo, Suzy, and Sulli were all highlights. This is true for most guests, but viewers tend to like guests who participate intensely in the filming. I was very moved by that.

[HanCinema's Film Review] There is "Always" hope...

Song Il-gon's "Always" has completely won me over. There are a lot of Korean romantic dramas out there, but only a few of them manage to stay favourites. Great Korean love stories such as "Chunhyang", "The Servant", "Bad Guy", and "My Sassy Girl" come to my mind and, after watching So Ji-sub and Han Hyo-joo on screen together, I think I can safely state that I have another love-struck nugget of a film to add to that list.

Cheol-min (So Ji-sub) is a hard working 30-year old labourer and part-time security guard. He is also an ex-boxer with a dark and haunting history, a past that he is desperately seeking redemption for. During his first night as a security guard Cheol-min gets serendipitously introduced to Jeong-hwa (Han Hyo-joo), a visually impaired (clinically blind) woman with an adorable persona. Her high-spirited nature contrasts dramatically with Cheol-min's monosyllabic grit. The two find themselves falling in love as Jeong-hwa shows Cheol-min that love and forgiveness are Always possible.

"Always" really does have something for everyone. Fans will enjoy the heart-throbbing scenes of So Ji-sub training and sweating it out as the boxer trying to get back into the ring, and Han Hyo-joo embodies the kind of spirit that any sane man would willing throw his heart at. The chemistry between them was felt from the very first scene (which was actually just a cute misunderstanding), from there the film dramatically captures the constant push and pull of the forces that play at their star-crossed reunion.

I was surprised at the level violence in the film. For a heart-felt love drama such as this there were more cringe-worthy moments than I would have ever guessed. Unknown to Cheol-min, for example, Jeong-hwa is being sexually harassed at work by her manager, a real sleaze who actually tries to force himself on her eventually. The tragic subject of suicide is also present, a serious social issue for South Korea and its people. Cheol-min's dark history is also particularly graphic. One of his previous jobs was as a debt collector/muscle hound who taught people very physical lessons about not paying their debts. In the film he also climbs back in the ring, which makes him bloody proof that love can indeed hurt and be worth it. "Always" finds peace and love within the eye of the storm. These two individuals are not flying through life without a care in world before they meet; they are both seeking a loving new constant in their lives. The fact that the film is graphic at times, and that it deals with some serious social issues as themes, strengthens the touching tale being told. There is plenty of worthwhile magic to be found here – Fantastic.

@urie, i hope cold eyes breaks 7 million lol i hope that's possible. and i vote for a drama as her next project, too. but yeah, i also personally think that the probability of that isn't very high. so let's hope she encounters a drama offer that she won't be able to resist before she signs on to another movie. at this point though, i think she needs a vacation, i just read and realized that she filmed 3 movies in a year. *oh, her grandmother went to the cinema to watch gwanghae 5 times! then, yeah, hyo joo should pick drama next and have halmoni watch her granddaughter inside the comfort of her home.

class="tit_detail"‘Cold Eyes’ goes past 4 million audiences…Becomes 5th movie in 2013 for the achievement

Movie ‘Cold Eyes’ became 5th movie this year to go past 4 million audiences as they continued their successful run.

In July 20th according to KOFIC(Korean Film Council), ‘Cold Eyes’ gathered 130 thousand people in one day which was 19th. By this they were able to go beyond the total amount of 4 million audiences.

This indicates that ‘Cold Eyes’ become 5th in 2013 after ‘The Present of 7th Room’ ‘The Berlin File’ ‘New World’ and ‘Secretly Greatly’

Interestingly, ‘Cold Eyes’ was very much competitve with the relatively recent released movies such as ‘Mr.GO’ ‘Pacific Rim’ and ‘World War Z.’ It never really went behind any of the movies listed above, which enabled them to reach 4 million audiences.

Also, ‘Cold Eyes’ went past 4 million audiences in just 17 days, which is 9 days earlier than the film ‘New World.’

Meanwhile ‘Cold Eyes’ is about professional surveilant group following a traceless criminals with their own methods. It is mystery thriller movie talking about the fascinating fight between the two organization.
