Stickers/Gifs????

So I've often seen people put little stickers/gifs at the end of their posts. I was wondering if you have to download them to put them in a post or a special button for inserting stickers/gifs in your post?

Go to Account Settings, Signature. Put the gif bb forum code, you need to upload your gif to website like imgur first to get the code.
