please help me... This error box pops up (I think) whenever I open a folder containing a video file. Sometimes.

How do I fix this?? It goes away after a few clicks... but it comes back sometimes.

this is not a normal windows error message

scan ur computer using lavasoft adaware or spybot search & destroy for malware and a anti virus scanner

Thanks for your advice. I tried all 3 methods, still nothing changes. I do remember a message a while back saying that I'm low in memory (I forgot which kind but my HD has 24.5GB left from it's 74.5GB so I think it's my ram) Could that be why? I need more ram?

yea low in memory means u need more ram. u can configure your harddrive to help get "more ram". type in virtual memory into your HELP and follow the instructions

*the video u r playing probably needs a lot more power than what your computer has
