Wow.... why so gloom, just because oppa following PMY? tbh I did  feel  a lil  bit disturbed when that happened but!!! is not because the action itself, I was more worried to the reaction.... n as i predicted.... I saw some of the reaction here. It is sad on how easy it shaken you guys, I already said this last time I post.... This a safe haven for me where I hope matured shipper reside... so please .... keep the faith? I really understand what @NoonaE felt.... because thats what I feel too. One thing that I will still need to remind you guys, they r not our play thing doll that we can control, like we use to play with our doll before. "oh  barbie should dance  with  ken, Oh Ken should propose Barbie" stuff... like really?? They r as human as we are, we can ship them all  we want, we can  wish them  to be together all we want, we can even chants for the BBJX miracle to be come true on them, but in the end.... in the endddddd IT IS 100% THEIR DECISION  TO BE WITH THE ONE THEY WANT TO BE WITH.. and if you started to  feel like you are betrayed or something when somehow in the future they didn't happen to be together n meet someone else (I didnt wish for this, I still 1000% wished that oppa n jieun will be real and together) I gotta say this.... you are not ready to be a shipper... sadly.

Stargazers I am really sorry if i have hurted anyone..that was not my intention..Yes,i got hurt when JG did that,but later understood that he is an actor and we cannot "control their lives" . I just needed time to understand..maybe i was too possessive about JoonU..

But i promise,i haven't written anything abusive on JG/JE insta regarding this..i will never do such thing..

Yeah, I too am pretty unfazed by Joongi following PMY. Firstly, I love them both, so the two of them being friends gets my seal of approval. More importantly, I don't think online interactions actually reveals much about a relationship? Most of it is calculated. Much as I snicker over LJG "liking" IU's posts at 2am, that's just one piece in the puzzle. What really grabs my eye with JoonU is the way they behave with each other in person - the nervous energy, giddiness, spontaneous touching, etc. You can't fake chemistry. IU and LJG just have it. LJG and PMY don't, as cute as they are.

Thanks as always to @starcandy0516 for letting us know what k-netizens are thinking.  (Please continue to share whenever you feel like it!) I'm inclined to agree that Namoo/LJG are trying to deflect from the rumours with his MEC slot. The fact that drama keeps erupting over JoonU every other week proves that they are yet to lose relevance.   Before the MV drama I also saw a lot of comments bringing up JoonU on articles about the Kim Go Eun/Gong Yoo rumours (the difference being that unlike Go Eun, IU did not actually make a statement about her own breakup... but I digress).

wow just one day not reading and im already lost on the weird weather from this thread, i was just starting to back read but gave up after 2 pages (im so tired from work, but felt to comment nonetheless).. from that twitter and jg following pmy - following her is usual for jg since theyve worked for 2 times already and somehow talked things during those 2-3 days in italy..  jg is usually friendly, more nowadays... but its so different seeing jg and je interactions, so just have faith in them...

im trying to find an english sub of the latest episode, does anyone know??

im still not giving up on this ship, but i respect whatever decision they make (we'll try to be UNDERSTANDING, hahahah)

   Guys we are all here to support each other. When one of us express doubts about our OTP, we encourage and we remain optimistic. These concerns may feel valid for someone and it's ok to feel uncertain every now and then. We also need a space to voice these fears without judgement and it does help open up an interesting discussion on here. Above else, we need to be kind and cheer each other up. We already know how volatile our ship can be and we don't leave anyone behind. I know I had to go on self therapy once in awhile since joining this ship. Shipping is indeed hard and one can get emotionally invested without realizing it. but at the end of the day, we are all still here and that's because our love for JoonJi is still keeping us here and that says a lot considering all the drama that's been happening outside our thread. Thank you @akinahana89 for keeping up the faith like a true captain!

   I understood your sentiment chinggu...him-nae 힘내! I've been listening to JE's new song nonstop and her voice has a calming, other people call it healing nature to it. To come up with song lyrics in a way she does must come from a deep, profound place and I too feel strongly for her. To think of all the struggles she's experienced, how she overcame them and kept it all in, I too don't want to see her get hurt and this doesn't point out to JG specifically but it can come from antis, the K-industry, some overbearing fans or just people close to her in general. I have no doubt she will overcome and trust she has ample amount of support to buoy her up through the bad days.

 I was a JG fan first and have followed him before I knew JE existed and so I will always have a soft spot for this choding guy. After watching parts of MEC, i believe him when he said he was seriously lacking in the romance department. His reaction when he misunderstood PMY saying, "they have shared body heat before" was PRICELESS. I almost had water shooting out of my nose. That's when I realized that this guy has been alone for too long. I've also read some of his fan comments on IG  and there's a few on there that sounds like what an obsessive stalker would write to someone. It was disturbing and I was afraid. It's probably the same fans who wants oppa to be forever alone and I can't help but feel for him. At this point I am seriously hoping he already found someone he can be a choding with (gosh, those cooking skills must have been honed from years of bachelorhood) and I could only think of someone who takes his unique personality in stride  but if the BBJX magic doesn't work out, I am still rooting for these two to find happiness. Nevertheless, we are all here because their chemistry and pairing has weaved some crazy juju magic on us.

   In the next coming months, we'll have so much to look forward to - JE's second pre-release, JG's fan-meeting and birthday, JE's full come back, JG's new project? Whose getting excited? I am! Thanks for the kind words, @marimari00, I'll need that luck because I have to start entering my hiatus cave tomorrow lol... just finished typing the research draft and all. Yikes, goodbye fun time! I completely have no objection that we need to encourage each other, especially because we need to support JoonU equally regardless of any shadowing doubts we have. I have had my own bad doubts and thoughts on Ji Eun as well once in a while because I don't know her that well but I try not to judge her every move because I know this ship is for both of them and most of the members here are her loyal fans, too. I always consider this thread a level-headed group of shippers who won't turn 'blind' or simply delusional and possessive towards the stars, therefore I've held my expectation quite high for everybody to cheer for both JoonU in a rather 'not-too-unbiased' way.

@enigmaticangel Don't worry, mate, no need to apologize to me as I do not take it personally- I was more sad and concerned for Joon Gi's sake especially after the latest disturbing comments he got on his own SNS after the MV and MEC .

@NerinaC I got the notification on your fanfic update. I'll read it as soon as I have free time. Thank you . And @Silvermaine I've read your ff update, too! OMO. Now I'm greedy for some more. I'd just like to add on to this statement here because I, too, feel disappointed with how easily some of us have wavered over MEC and PMY, especially after everything we have been blessed with and all the proof that we've seen that JoonU is a very real, very likely possibility.

To give up on our ship because Joongi made a professional move to appear on MEC and because he ended up befriending PMY is not just an insult to Joongi and Jieun as shippers, but as their fans too - regardless of which side, Hajunse or Uaena, you originated from.

To doubt Joongi over his brief appearance in MEC and his partially scripted phone interactions with PMY is to doubt Joongi's ability to remain faithful and loyal to another person and to his own emotions. It would be questioning the potential of the depth of his feelings for another person. At the same time, it would be doubting Jieun's appeal - that mere phone conversations with another woman for, again, a partially scripted variety show would be enough to overshadow Jieun's year long interaction with Joongi.

A year long interaction that, for nearly six months, happened on a daily basis for the majority of the day. Let's not forget all their dinners and group meetings and drinking sessions and daily Kakao chatting.

It would insinuate that three days would be enough for Joongi to forget about Jieun's beauty, inside and out, to forget about how compatible they are, all of their common interests, all of the ways they connect with each other, how close they are, and how truly special they are to each other.

Think about it, Stargazers. Does that even make any sense?

Many of you have even said it before, that the coincidences are a bit too much sometimes that it feels like JoonU could very well be a lurker in our thread. If this were true, is THIS what y'all would want him to see? Is THIS what his biggest group of supporters should show him? That instead of standing strong and firm in support and belief of JoonU no matter what, we are crumbling at the lightest breeze against our sails?

Don't forget that Stargazers are plentiful all over the world, but WE are the biggest and most active group of Stargazers, the most influential and informed, and the beginning of it all. WE coined the Stargazer brand and WE represent it most. There are many closet Stargazers that look to us to keep the ship sailing above the waters and to reassure them during temporary moments of doubt. There are even more that lurk for the faintest spark of hope and we have always been here to provide it.

But, what are we if we crumb so easily? Shouldn't we protect this ship and our name with everything we have unless we are 100% proven wrong? But with all of our clues, crumbs, and cake, do you really think we could be wrong? With knowing how much they have changed for the better to protect each other and their special relationship, whatever it may be at this current time, is it even a strong possibility that we are all completely delulu and crazy?

No.

Chances are, we are more likely to be right than wrong. It is simply a waiting game until we get the confirmation we are looking for. So, apologize to JoonU in your hearts for doubting them and inadvertently insulting them, put those life jackets back on, keep the faith strong, and show JoonU that they can be proud of us for being their biggest source of everlasting and positive support in the name of Stargazers, comprised of Hajunse, Uaena, AND Eclipses.
