SJ IS STILL TRYING TO BE NICE WITH YOUNG DO ...HE IS STILL RUDE ...MANAGER JANG AND DR SONG SCENE ...HE SHOWED HIM A PAPER...WILL BE PART OF HOSPITAL ADMINISTRATION TEAM...NEW NURSE AND SJ...SHE IS INTEROGATING SJ ABOUT HER POSITION ....NURSE OH AND TK...SHE IS UPSET ...ASKED HIM IF HE KNEW ABOUT IT ...HE ADMITED HE KNEW...SJ IS HAPPY ABOUT NEW MEDICAL EQUIPEMENT...TOUCHES ITS...SHE SMILLES ...TK IS WATCHING FROM FAR AND ALSO SMILLES

The sunbae is with SJ and DJ, they're teasing each other, surprised at the turn of events. IB walks in on them and they all look at him. SJ speaks with him, he responds seemingly outraged. He storms off with the sunbae following him.

DJ looked mad on SJ's behalf, he asked why she didn't answer back? She says she finds his outrage cute. DJ is embarrassed. 

SJ sees a listless IB in one of the rooms, she asks how he was, he just slams the door at her face. 

SJ sees a nurse in the hallway, the nurse haughtily asks who she was, she could tell her she was the orderly hehe.

SJ walks in the ER and sees all the new medical equipmenT, she was beyond herself with joy, the sunbae looks on as if she lost her mind. TK sees her happiness, he smiles. 

TK gets a call from the CEO as if asking how he found the new equipment?

ONE MORE CASE ARRIVED ...SJ SAID SHE NEEDS DJ...THE GIRL SAID SHE WILL CALL HIM ...NEW NURSE WATCHES HER...I SMELL TROUBLE SONG ,IB TALKING ...WOW DJ VS IB SCENE ...PREVIEW MOMENT ...THE GIRL ARRIVED AND STOPPED THEIR FIGHT SAID TK KIM NEEDS THEIR HELP

We see a wounded man dragging his bloody foot and falls down, a new emergency.

We see TK calling the shots on the guy, admonishing the sunbae for being slow with intubation.

Another emergency case comes in, this time TK gives instructions to SJ. 

We see Song speaking with DJ and IB. As if assessing them both, he leaves smiling. DJ and IB face off icily, IB looks like he wanted to punch DJ, but DJ taunted him so IB punched him on the face. DJ's lip is bloodied, the new orderly interrupts them and tells them they are needed at the ER.

ONE OF THE PATIENT WIFE AND DAUGHTER ARRIVED ...TK,SJ DJ AND DOCTORS TALKING ABOUT A CASE...TK ASKED ABOUT IB...DJ SAID HE DOES NOT KNOW ABOUT HIM ...IB ARRIVED ...SJ REALISED IB HIT DJ ...SONG ARRIVED TRYING TO MESS WITH TK ,TO RUIN HIM ...SJ HAD A IDEA ....EVERYBODY AGREE BUT SONG OTP FIGHTING LIKE ALWAYS...

WOW SJ AND IB SCENE...WOW I THINK IB THOUGHT HIS DAD WANTS TO MARRY SJ OR WANTED HIM TO MARRY SJ...NOT SURE ...SJ IS SHOCKED...TK AND IB GETTING READY FOR SURGERRY ...TOLD HIM TO FORGET ABOUT SEOL ...DJ IN HIS OFFICE READING ...HE IS LATE AT SURGERY...TK IS UPSET TOLD HIM TO LEAVE ...CHOSE IB...DJ LEFT UPSET

TK and the sunbae were working in reviving the patient. TK intubates and lets the sunbae revive the patient but the guy went into asystole, his heart stopped beating. He redoubles his efforts. 

TK checks on the case of SJ, points to a puncture wound at his lower back, a spinal cord injury. SJ gets supplies and sees DJ with his bloodied lip, she fusses and he gets more infuriated. 

The sunbae is able to revive his case. 

TK and Dr. Nam study SJ's case and they decide to operate. I think another combined surgery because of the extent of his injuries. Dr. Song comes upon them and looked contrary. TK gets all huffy. The atmosphere is tense. Suddenly SJ made a suggestion and they think what she said made sense. They proceed with their operation.
