In the end, yes their are definitely in a relation. However, for the most part it's a one sided love.

This was not a masterpiece, however from what I can remember, there is kissing. On one such instance, it depends on whether you consider mouth-to-mouth resuscitation kiss. 

If by serious stuff, you meant sex, then no, they do not have sexual relations.

thank you you are the best  I wanted to know if there was romance before I invested my whole month to it and find that there is no romance between the leads that was my main worry thank you for your answers
