Windows Movie Maker

i had downloaded a video file from megaupload to use for a video on windows movie maker, but it does not show up when i want to import the clip to the program.

--is it because i have to download it from bitcomet or a program/site like that?

--plus when i save the video file it only gives me he option of saving it as 1. document 2. all files, which isn't allowed to be imported on windows movie maker.

so what should i do? ToT sorry if what i say sounds really confusing.
