Can I just say I was so surprised Chae Yeon's Ma Lover is a ballad? The first song I heard of hers of 2 Of Us & then Look Look Look. But darn, Ma lover just blew me away during Music Core yesterday!

another pretty entertaining episode of Bouquet & CY did great again...she got a question right on the quiz & barely missed another cuz she said "Alfredo" instead of "Alfred" haha...she was in an epic 'sock' wrestling battle with HyeRi from Girl's Day, who I think is only 16! The MCs asked CY what was she doing in '94 (the year HyeRi was born) & Cy said she was still in school of course. She made it to the final 4 & had to write down an answer to the question "What is Love?" I didn't understand her answer but it sounded really thoughtful & poetic.But SoRi won it at the end with her answer.

I have translated a cafe message onto Yeonic, the things she says sometimes are just so random..so they might not make sense :S haha.

about the charts, I think Yeonie's song will appear soon, she just started promoting the song. some charts consider downloads and streaming only, other consider album sales and downloads, etc.

it depends on the chart. the official one is Gaon, pretty much like the Oricon chart in Japan. it considers everything, I think, with different percentages... not sure tho'

you can make an account on Soribada, which considers downloads (you can buy something like a ticket which allows you to download like 10 different songs) and streaming. You can stream Yeonie's songs all day if you want, making a playlist

that would help Chae Yeon for sure

too bad there are only 2 live perfs of Ma lover so far... I really like the song ^^ I think the Music Core perf was better, she was probably more nervous on Music Bank, being the first time performing the song on a show. and SHY did better too, IMO.

I'm still waiting to see her with A.Minor tho'

love to see Yeonie trying different styles, not only dance songs. it's refreshing ^^ besides, it always drags the attention from other people who didn't know Yeonie could sing like that

for this girl group they are pretty good and the song is catchy too.

^ thx for the clip from JT2OU & yeah, she was posing with some trainees but who knows when or if they'll debut...so many girl groups debuting these days, I can't keep track ...hard to tell from just that teaser, so I'll reserve my judgment till I hear their full song.

btw, that episode of 1000 Songs Challenge that CY will appear in next week will be the 500th of the show & the show is celebrating its 10 yr anniversary of being on the air...here's pic of CY talking about it...
