Hyun Bin and Goo Hara Receives Awards for Financial Savings

Hyun Bin and Kara’s Goo Hara will be awarded for their thrift spending and big savings.

A representative from the Financial Services Commission revealed that Hyun Bin and Kara’s Goo Hara have been included in the list of recipients accept awards at the “50th Financial Savings Day,” which will take place on October 29. Baseball star Lee Dae Ho as well as actress Han Hye Jin and tv personality Lee Hye Young will be present to receive awards.

Regarding why Hyun Bin was nominated to receive the special award, a financial investment advisor said, “Hyun Bin regularly is frugal with his money and has shown sincerity by serving in the military and also became a commander in the marines.”

Meanwhile, some of the celebrities who received awards last year were Lee Min Jung and announcer Lee Ji Ae, who received the Prime Minister’s Award, and Jo In Sung, who received the President’s Award. For 2011, Ha Ji Won received the Prime Minister’s Award while Lee Seung Gi received the President’s Award.
