JH: like a person that cannot live without baseball,..at one point I noticed myself going "waaaa"! I was going "ohhhhhh"( part of nexen team song). when I saw my wife being all excited, I thought that I wanted to see this kind of stuff (not baseball, his wife being happy..)for a long time.

THANK YOU SO MUCH for the translations! I realized I watched it enough times that I was able to watch while reading it LOL!!! 

Different thoughts as I read the translations...random order: 

1. Choa was the one that commented on JH's expression as they were watching the video...if anyone knows how JH's face looks when he is not happy...it would be Choa! 

2. LOVED the "church oppa" jokes...I could totally picture that! 

3. This translation of the "non-kiss" was excellent and it makes perfect sense why he did not kiss her then. (it made sense before, but this translation sounded like it he took it under consideration and it wasn't that he "missed his opportunity"...he purposely did not kiss her in front of everyone. 

4. The whispers....NEITHER JH or SY really care about baseball LOL!!! By that whisper session you can tell that neither of them would choose to GO to a baseball game  The fact that they were both together was the only thing that made it enjoyable. 

5. JH seems to become very happy more into his wife when she is happy. Because she was having so much fun at the baseball game made him want to continue to see her like that!

Their interactions this episode were completely normal and real for a REAL couple. It made me realize in "real time" settings those negative, jealous, mistaken clothing situations would happen, be talked about, then passed by...never to be recalled again. But since they and we are seeing them over and over, it magifies a situation and continues to put importance on something they would have probably completely forgotten! 

I would assume that when they watch this episode, some things they see were ALREADY forgotten, but watching it again on the show makes it a solid "moment in time". (I'm not sure this all makes sense, but what I'm saying is all of us experience moments and move on...WGM makes makes them memorable for years to come, even if it was but a split second in their day!

Think about it, this couple spends almost 24 hours together and we only get a glimpse of them in WGM for a measly 20 - 25 minutes each episode that fits into PD's script/concept idea for the week (although we know that this show is not scripted)! What are we missing out? A lot!!! Plus whatever we watched was already in the past for jy ... they may have talked about it over the phone and etc.

Now that I've got additional translations (thank you to all who supplied them!) I will have to admit I was hard on JH and that in the long run, the damage done to SY was slight.  She has seemed to accept his 'cluelessness' and has moved on and was happy about their time together at the baseball game and the pre-wedding shoot.

I will try to be happier here....sometimes I get really upset because I know their time together is short and when I see a lost opportunity for them to get close it aggravates me...especially when it is something that can be easily avoided.

No, I am happy, this IS the best couple EVER on WGM and this is the best Shipper's Paradise!  we have 2 amazing, pretty, handsome, talented, nice people in this ship, and watching them (except for my short times of aggravation at JH for not sealing the deal) gives me happiness and joy.

I've said before, their honeybee activities have activated my 'love gene' toward my wife.  Like JH's oldest sister/BIL, I have often used some of JH's moves (finger intertwined hand holding, hand kissing) and just generally more lovey-dovey.  She doesn't know why because I don't dwell on the fact I watch a Korean match-making variety show and "ship" the couple (too weird, even for her) but she certainly appreciates it for whatever the reason!

I surely hope these two can continue on after the show.  What an improvement in WGM's street cred if a couple actually met and started dating because of being on the show!  I'm sure they (JH + SY) would always be remembered as the first couple to actually pull it off after WGM!

You'd have done a better job and kept us brownies happy.   MBC really needs to smack the person doing their editing. It was so choppy during the baseball segment. And they didn't even bother to hide it. I am so sure there would have been loads of cute stuff had they followed them after the game was done. I bet the conversations back in the changing area or in the car on the way back would have been funny. Especially coz SY might have been ever so slightly buzzed and JH would have had a field day teasing his "honey".

Hi sorry to butt in haha. Speaking of heavily edited, I just found out that MBC released 3 uncut videos of their karaoke scenes for the maknae couple. It's so unfair how they got almost 30 mins worth of segment and maybe about 13 mins worth of unaired/uncut videos. Sorry to say this but they don't got that much fans yet which really annoys me because I know Jongyeon has so much sweet scenes that get cut and they are the most popular WGM couple among the three. Don't get me wrong though. I also like watching that couple because they're kinda entertaining in way that it reminds you of young/first love but they don't seem real like our couple. MBC jjinja!

 

I'm just gonna think positive on this again and feed my delulu that maybe MBC can't release some scenes of our couple because they have moments that are not for viewers to see. Jongyeon must be real that's why some scenes cannot be aired.

I was talking in a message to a fellow brownie and was mentioning a drama I recently saw and how the character reminded me of JH: Thought I'd post it here for entertainment value  

 : "I was watching the drama My Lovely Sam Soon with Hyun Bin and in one part I about fell off my chair with shock. I can see the character and JH probably have the same mind set and believe if the situation came up he would say the exact same thing.  

HB says to the girl character, "Don't talk to other guys around me, don't even look at them! Only follow me and look at me when I'm around you! " 

Is this like a normal mindset though for the culture? Not sure

I'm sure there's some pretty romantic stuff that is sitting on the cutting room floor, so to speak. Maybe even some saucy comments and flirty stuff. JY never backtrack. Its always forward. More romantic, more flirty, more familiar...I bet there's tonnes, actually.

I haven't followed the other couples much-just glimpses of the younger kids...but I always see Sungjae as so young so its hard for me to wrap my head around it. They are cute though.  Thing with most WGM couples is how things sometimes feel forced or rehearsed. Holding hands, skinship in general and kisses feel like they are the result of a mission card or cues from the filming crew or PDs. But with JY everything feels so natural. It builds up steadily and keeps raising the bar. They don't have to be told to do something. The initiate it. I wish a pair as special as this got tonnes of airtime. /sigh/
