OMG! what do i do with my life now????
i just finish the last ep and i'm really pleased with the ending. it was meaningful, lighthearted and sweet. I liked how the drama focused on the three lead eventually at the end and how the poem relates to them so truely.
This is an amazing show that is full of surprises and tease. I really enjoyed this drama very much. Very unlike the dramas from other broadcast stations. This drama has entered my list of favorites. 
I looking forward to the special episode with bts and NGs.

From the BTS, 이수경 Lee Soo Kyung looks like she has lots of fun when working on his drama and her smile and laugh are just so contagious and warming. I couldn't help but to laugh with her. I truly miss her and Goo Dae Young. thanks for a very warm drama and I what we need e for season 2 with the same cast.

I do believe this show helps Yoon DooJoon acting career and I must admit that I have never heard about him until this show. He has done a great job giving his profession is in singing. I do hope that others do give some credit to Lee Soo Kyung too. She's really a great actress. There's hardly mention about her acting skills in the press. GDY and LSK do have amazing on screen chemistry despite the age difference.

I like Lawyer Kim too especially in the last two episodes. I hope to see him and Soo Kyung in another drama together. His character was incredibly generous when he and LSK has the "my 10 years secret-admirer love" farewell dinner - their interactions perhaps are just what we need in this world -calming indeed. I also like how Soo Kyung was trying to let him down gently after Lawyer Kim's confession.

Oh how I wish there's another 3-4 episodes so there's more love scenes between the OTP. *sigh* I could only look forward to the special episode kn Thursday. :-(

I enjoyed this drama. Started watching because of beast's dujun. I will miss all the food. I will miss all the explanation on how to enjoy the food.

Actually,until i watched i watched Let's eat i didn't know about Lee Soo Kyung.but,now she is one of most favorite actresses.i love how her acting is so realistic.from being able to act absolutely irritated with Go Dae Young when he tried to sell her insurance,and when she gets super duper excited when she found out that Shiknamim actually lived next door,and the way the way her eyes lit up when GDY wiped her lips or held her hand or kissed her.all her expressions were so real!just like Yoon Do Joon himself.both their acting was so convincing that it helped them build up that adorable chemistry.hence,they are my most favorite Noona- Donsaeng couple right now.

Just like most of you here,i'm hoping for a second season too.not just coz i love this drama so much,but also coz i felt that the writers left some areas untouched. For example,the food.obviously.well,i was hoping for an episode where they would be eating some of the street food delicasies.from what i've seen in other drama's and variety shows,Korea seems to have alot of mouth watering street foods!! And also,an episode where they ate something sweet...LSK certainly looked like she had a big sweet tooth.haha!

Then,there is the romance... I really was hoping for a second kiss! :x and i also wanted GDY start explaining about the meal,which he didn't do in the last episode.i really wanted to see LSK's reaction.at the begining of the drama,she thought he was being annoying,then when she found out he was shikshanim she got excited and look forward to it,then when she realized that she had feelings for him,and thought that it was just going to be an unrequited love,she totally ignored him..but what about now that they were dating??how would she react to it?

Then,it would have been cool if that pervert who LSK went on a blind date with made an appearance again.so that GDY could kick his butt with his amazing taekwondo skills!haha!and yes,why is LSK's ex husband's identity still a mystery? Was he THAT unimportant?haha! And why exatly did they get divorced,in the first place?anyhow,it would have been awesome if he also made an appearance,so that GDY would get a bit jealous,but be all I'M her man now!hahaha! :x and ofcourse,Lee Soo Kyung's mum who wanted to see her daughter getting married again..she would be super happy coz she loves GDY anyway!

ohh,yes.then there is Jin Yi.i don't want her to be the third wheel.so i want Kwang Suk to date her,so that there would be FOUR foodies who'll be eating at famous restaurants and ofcourse i also want to see how Kyung Mi's son would deal with that!hahaha..

Then there is Attorney Oh,who i also want to see dating a nice girl.preferably some one who does not own a dog!i thought he looked good with that hot girl he once went on a blind date with,but too bad she thinks he's gay..

Even attorney Oh,i truly hope she finds someone too.it's not nice how everyone called her a blowfish.so yeah,so nice guy,who likes her back..unlike all the times she THOUGHT they did.

@akuyang -- I like LSK a lot too ^^ and her acting is superb! her onscreen chemistry with a younger actor is amazing and I believe thats difficult to achieve..

actually, I wanted to watch LSK previous drama as well as YDJ (coz I miss them so much..) but I still go back to lets eat hehe now I am watching ep8!

@yongshinforever20 -- in addition to the things that u've said..I am also hoping to see these scenes if given the chance (gosh I really dislike being so into a drama coz I became crazy lol)

1) how our otp's first date as a couple. definitely there'll be meals along..but are they going to watch cinema too ..its so cute during ep16 when LSK thought mr shiksha aka her bf was taking photo of her for his blog ^^

2) how LSK as a GF? it seems she didnt change being a naggy noona haha but I really wish they show her sweet side even for once...well maybe attending GDY awards night & carrying his flowers & trophy was considered sweet affection already

3) whats the reaction of lawyer oh, laundry ahjussi & LSK mum when they found out that our otp is a couple! they must be teasing them to the highest level hahaha

LSK's filmography is very diverse.

She was the evil one in the recent drama, "I Summon You, Gold".  But, she is the leading actress in two of my favorite laugh-out-loud comedies, "The Lawyers of the Great Republic of Korea" and "Call of the Country".  I laugh everything I think about her antics, especially in Call of the Country.

As with others, I would appreciate any information on the songs in ep 9 where Attorney Kim is crying in his office and in ep 10, where the two of them is having a 'last' dinner.  I hope someone can identify the songs for us.  They are not on the OST. ^^

Sorry @nazzy1109 , I don't know.. but perhaps other members can advise? I do like that scene of Attorney Kim - he looked like a really cool, mellow and macho guy, that I was almost rooting for him to win back his 10 years of one-sided romance. Of course right before he started bawling - then he became my adorably comical, sappy but not too pathetic, like a sad puppy to me.
Ahh.. Good job Doojoon, reading the praises. He did good because there's a lot of good things and support from others in this drama to make it work, and helped him get his current recognitions, but heck I give it to him a great round of applause for the stretch of his improvements if compared to his previous screen roles. I really gave two thumbs up for two of my most favorite Dae Young's scenes, the one where he said.. 

1. ‘Noona, you’re the worst. It would have been okay if you just said sorry’ scene in Episode 6,
2. ..and in the last Episode where I actually repeated for the nth times that few seconds right after Dae Young grabbed hold of Soo Kyung's hand in front of the elevator and they bumped into Attorney Kim for the first time as a couple, where Dae Young gave his silent tribute, humble and sincere apology look to Attorney Kim, but he never lowered his soft, steady gaze after that, as if saying, I'm sorry I've got the girl, but I won't let her go. I love how he was not in this confrontational, defensive, or territorial mode but has this look that was firm, unwavering and showed strength and confidence to endure if he is challenged by the next rightful guy for the hand of the woman in his life.

Let's Eat was brilliant.  The comedy, the mystery, the light drama, the eclectic casts and characters (including the very clever pet dog Barasshi!), the plot line, the pace, the chemistry, THE FOOD PORN, the editing, the soundtracks, the cinematography, the ending, with nice and sweetly rounded up with a rice-is-life poem, are great. (Though the weight gain, I can do without..)  Not to mention the story time line vs the type of food featurings vs real life holidays too - how it aired strategically during festive holidays or events - like Kyung Mi making dumplings for Lunar New Year, Jin Yi making chocolates for Valentine's Day, Soo Kyung and Christmas.. Dae Young's insurance king New Year's gifts.. ok I can't remember the Christmas or New Year food featured, but ahaha since I followed this drama right after it has been subbed, I felt like I was celebrating these festive days not only in real life but on screen with them as well. And the weekly behind-the-scenes clips showed that its not only the viewers were having fun, the casts and crews were looking like they've had a ball and a great joyride in this too. 
This has been really enjoyable watch for me. And to everyone here, thank you for making the vibe around watching this an awesome one too - while I did not participate in the discussion, all of you made me feel at ease to know I was not alone in grinning like an idiot watching this every week.

Making an impressive transformation as an actor with his role as Goo DaeYoung in tvN drama ‘Let’s Eat’, Yoon Doojoon has given his greetings through ‘InStyle’ pictorial.

Proving his skills through ‘All My Love’, ‘IRIS2′, Yoon Doojoon has once again portray a perfect character in drama ‘Let’s Eat’, leaving a strong impression to the character Goo Daeyoung.

Yoon Doojoon had shot a pictorial for ‘InStyle’. During an interview session, Yoon Doojoon expressed his thoughts on acting, “Acting is really hard. But it has its own charms as well. I feel really thankful that there’s such a good opportunity that came to me. I’m currently still learning diligently on it.”

Also, “I’m still far away from being a macho man. Though I’m bright and positive person, there are some parts of me that are timid. I’m the type that would look after other people’s feelings”, as he speaks about his own personality. When asked about how previous girlfriends think about him, Yoon Doojoon answered, “I always heard that I’m ‘interesting’. I couldn’t be a quiet person. I would always work hard to talk to the other party, (so to make the conversation interesting).” Also, “Since I have a timid side, I think I could click better with people who are relatively active and aggressive,” he added.

Regarding BEAST’s upcoming comeback, Yoon Doojoon revealed, “In order to show a maturer and developed look, we are putting in efforts in lesser individual activities and more into preparations” and, “Acting is a challenge to me. But as a singer, although many may say that we’ve achieved our dreams, I think it’s important for us to maintain our identity as well. Recently, I’ve been thinking of keeping our promises that we have made with our fans. Looking from that point of view, as a BEAST member, I felt the sense of responsibility.”

Meanwhile, Yoon Doojoon’s tough charms and honest interview will be included in April’s ‘InStyle’.
