I doubt you can do anything about your situation stix unless you are close to the GMs. That's supposely how tiger and sushii or w/e her name got their account back. They asked their account to be banned until they can set up new pw and stuff. Don't count me on that just posting my assumptions.

it's not hard, the game explains how to play this. Now for character development, that's different matter. You will find dozens of guides on it, mostly the same but slight variations. If you like complete guide on how to built your character make membership on sleepywood.net..it's one of the main maplestory forums and very useful.
