These Korean celebrities prove their beauty doesn’t require editting

Celebrities are often times accused of having their photos edited, but these female icons prove that their life-sized advertisements are the real deal. 

Recently, a post on Dispatch listed down a number of female celebrities posing right next to their life-sized photos to prove that it has not been edited down for the public.

First to prove her worth was AOA’s Seolhyun. Last year, the singer and actress had to pose right next to her standee after it was highly speculated to be edited. To prove the speculations wrong, she copied her own pose and took a photo as evidence. It was also the same year were distributors reported shortage of her standees after it was either stolen from their retail shops or being sold illegally online.

miss A’s Suzy also fell victim for the same malicious speculates but debunked it straight away by posing next to her alluring standee for a fashion glasses brand.

Other celebrities to have done the same are EXID’s Hani, Kang So Ra and Jin Se Yeon.

Actress Kang Sora swears by the three important rules to maintain her flawless and fabulous body. Known not only for her famous roles in drama and film, Kang Sora also maintained a trendy appearance as she flaunts in her charm and curves for various commercial commitments. Recently, she starred in a beauty show where shared some tips about keeping fit and staying slim.

Kang Sora shared these three easy tips to remember from her secret diet:

1. Do not eat late at night ever. If you do happen to, try to exercise lightly and avoid sleeping straight away within four hours.

2. Don’t ever stay still. (According to the actress, although she loves to be a couch potato, she forces herself to at leat do some stretching while in the waiting rooms.)

3. Eat three times a day. If you skip out on meals, you’re more likely to binge eat.

Due to her popularity in South Korea, Kang Sora has not only appeared on succesful entertainment programs, but also successful CF contracts for brands such as Sprite, The North Face, Charm Soju and more.

Korean Film “Sunny” To Get A Hollywood Remake

The movie “Sunny” is getting a Hollywood remake!

On October 26, the U.S. news website Mashable reported, “Brett Ratner’s company RatPac Entertainment and CJ Entertainment will be remaking the popular Korean film ‘Sunny.’ They have hired scenario writer Heather Hach to write the script.

Brett Ratner is an American director with a filmography that includes the “Rush Hour” film series, “Red Dragon,” and “X-Men: The Last Stand.” Heather Hach has previously worked on “What to Expect When You’re Expecting.”

When “Sunny” opened in Korean theaters in 2011, it sold more than 7 million tickets. The movie is about a group of middle-aged women who were friends in high school, and the film goes back and forth between the present and past timelines.

“Sunny” stars Shim Eun Kyung, Kang Sora, Min Hyo Rin, Nam Bo Ra, and Chun Woo Hee and was directed by Kang Hyung Cheol.
