그런데, 쿠 영화작업 일정이 어떻게 되는건지 참 모르겠다는

상업영화로 분류되어 스탭모집 글이 올라오긴 했지만,

이게 어떤 영화일지는 감을 못잡겠음

쿠가 작년말 인터뷰에서는(12월 10일경 이후쯤) 뱀파이어물 영화(장편)은 뒤로 미루고

'복숭아 나무'라는 판타지 장르의 장애를 가진 친구들을 다룬 가족 영화를 먼저 하게 될 것 같다고 했었는데..

영화 작업도 2월경쯤에는 들어간다고 했고,

실제 아역배우 캐스팅에 대한 글도 올라왔었구

트위터에 올라온 글도 참 헷갈리고..

이게 다 같은 영화인가 싶기도 하고...

'더 뮤지컬' 촬영을 2월까지 마친다는 가정하에(꼭 마쳐야 하고)

서울 국제 여성영화제 트레일러 연출은 그리 많은 시간이 필요한게 아니니 패스하더라도,

위에서 언급된 영화가 2월말 3월쯤 들어가면

쿠는 4월말쯤에는 대만에 '절대달령' 촬영 가야하는 일정도 있고,(예정일이겠지만)

그래서 난 이번에 들어가는 쿠 영화가 단편일 거라고 생각해왔었거든.

상업영화라 분류된거 보고 이게 뭔가 싶네..

단편이 상업영화일수도 있는건가..

뱀파이어물이 장편일텐데, 그거 앞두고 또 장편을 할 리가 없어보이는데..

쿠가 어련히 잘 알아서 하겠지만,

이번엔 이름 있는 배우들 캐스팅건이라

타배우팬들한테서도 이런저런 말 나올거 예상되고 신경이 좀 쓰이네.

내 맘같아서는 유명세는 없더라도 연기잘하고 그런 배우들 캐스팅해서 작업한다면 오히려 맘이 편할 것 같은데

나도 내가 좋아하는 쿠 입장에서 생각하지만,

그팬들도 다 똑같은 맘일테니까..

근데 나는 벌써 서운하고 맘 상할려고 하고. 기분도 썩~

별 소리 다 나오는거 보니..참..그렇다.

만약 하게 된다 해도 그들이 같이 작업하게 된 상황..

우리가 다 아는것도 아닌데, 단지 친구라는 이유로 미리 짐작하고

쿠에 대해 이렇쿵 저렇쿵

타배우팬들한테서는 쿠 이야기 나오는거 반갑지 않음

미리 알았다면 난 그 캐스팅 결사 반대 입장이었을 것임.

쿠에 대해 잘 알지도 못하면서 함부로 말하는 사람들과

일부 팬들도 인해 그 배우까지 싫어지는 경우 겪어본지라

솔직히 캐스팅 소식 전혀 좋다거나 반갑게 느껴지지도 않고

마음만 상하고 씁쓸하네..

결론은 쿠 넘 바쁘겠다

잠 잘 시간은 있는거니?

그래서 살이 자꾸 빠지는거니?

살찌는거보다야 전체적인 라인이 여성스럽고 이쁘긴 하다만

더 빠지면 안될 듯...건강이 최고~

올해는 빨리 브라운관에서 먼저 만나게 되었음 한다는~

GHS has been working on her trailer for the WFFIS which will be shown in Feb at a WFFIS Press Conf and she also has been working on her own commercial film. She also had to work on the AD script and continue filming for THE MUSICAL. GHS puts a new edge to multi-tasking without a second to waste! AMAZING!!

If you can do more than one of these (illustration, photoshop, sketching, ?kad?, max), the better. If you can do hand-drawing really well, that would be good too! It is not a must but it would be helpful if you are a good driver also~Do not feel pressured by the fact that all the art products will be worked together.

I will quickly summarize: goddessku is not sure if this movie is a short film or long film. Since the actors are well known, she is not sure about it being a short film. She is confused and amazed by the fact that GHS is doing so many things all at once. Perhaps the filming of THE MUSICAL will end at the end of Feb? She must have already finished the trailer for the WFFIS? Is she really going to Taiwan in April to film for AD? If the cranking for her new movie will start in late Feb, can she finish the job before going to Taiwan? But then GHS is a kind of director who does not waste time with too much filming or unnecessary shootings. Did she lose weight to get prepared for AD? or did she lose weight because she is under great stress? But she looks very pretty with her weight now. In BOF, she stsrted out as skinny then gained some weight as BOF progressed due to stressful schedule and even got into accident. Such stress made her gain weight to survive the cold and the medicine from the accident and the stress. She may look nice now, but would she gain weight again due to more stress and the fact the WuZon loves to eat does not sound too good. GHS may be easily influenced to eat as much as he does! (goddessku is funny!!)

PS: Goddessku also talks about her anxiety and fear about what the stars fans may say about GHS, her movies and how they may judge her. It appears that there are already some comments-negative, postitive and ambivalent--from the NSM and RDH fans----

WOW! finally more updates with what's Hyesun been up to lately....again she never fails to amaze me since she has many many things to do these days~~ I was to read about her casting of Nam Sang Mi for her next movie since Sang Mi is a great actress I've watched her previous movies before and I like it she's pretty versatile I was trying to refresh my memory about Ryu Duk Hwanthen I remembered he appeared in "Brown Eyed Girls - SIGN" mv and watched him in "My Little bride" as Moon Geun Young's dongseng:D but I love him in movie "Private Eye" awesome movie!..so if you aren't familiar of him..watch the mv link below it will be interesting to see both of them work with Hyesun's next directorial project YAY!! I also noticed from Hyesun's new tweet photos that she may lost some weight...but I do have a feeling she might gain when she goes to Taiwan hahaha! we all know Hyesun loves FOOD

Thanks for the translation Sue ,somehow i understand some of fans who worried with GHS works that mostly is too abstract to most people, so i was a bit relieved when i read GHS would more consider her script as a commercial movie this time, but i hope it only to the script because everything in the Magic but the script was so beautiful to me ,praying her movie will still have her identity&quality though it's a commercial thing Hwaiting Kugamdog-nim!!!

Gu Hye-sun directs festival trailer

Actress and budding director Gu Hye-sun is back behind the camera as she takes on the directing of the official trailer for the International Women’s Film Festival in Seoul. She’s done a trailer of this kind before, for 2009′s 7th Asiana International Short Film Festival, so she’s got some experience, even if the trailers are super-short (approximately 1 minute in length).

As you probably are aware, Gu has spent the better part of the past two years focusing on her interests outside of acting, such as songwriting, drawing, writing, and directing. She does have an acting project in the works (the drama The Musical), but for whatever reason, it has yet to secure a broadcaster or a timeslot and has been languishing for a while. One wonders when it’ll finally see the light of day — will it be like Birdie Buddy and fade into nothing, or Paradise Ranch and hit airwaves eventually?

It appears that she’s more interested in directing than performing at the moment, and she has been writing her next feature length film, a vampire romance that she intends to direct. Truth be told, I prefer her as an actress, and it’s the area where I think she’s strongest (though, funny enough, her biggest project — Boys Before Flowers — is pretty much her worst acting performance), though I’m sure it’s her prerogative to spend her time developing other interests.

This year’s festival (the 13th) takes on the theme of women in action, which’ll serve as the main motif of Gu’s trailer, and takes place on April 7 through 14.
