Jo Il Shin is far removed from the reality of the Goryeo monarchy.  As usual he is more concerned about who is loyal to the king and to punish those who are disloyal.Choi Young gives him a reality check (which I think he hates because the Wudalchi is more knowledgeable about the affairs of Goryeo at this point) and tells him that the commander of the Goryeo armies is loyal to KC so they cannot do anything.CY tells JIS that KC would want his head also, given the chance.  That shuts up the noisy JIS.
We see the king starting to exert his presence as a king.  So he asks Choi Young about those scholars who died who were loyal to him. Is there anything they can do?  
Jo Il Shin is appalled that the king would discuss political matters with a mere warrior.  He should be discussing these affairs with him, the loyal advisor who went with him to Yuan for 10 years.
The king announces that the only person he can trust at the moment is Choi Young, the warrior who almost lost his life by obeying his royal orders.  Can he treat him the king as a friend? This statement must be a shock to JIS.

is expressing his congratulation to GC and made everyone applause and laugh

because actually they never received any royal decree for GC
CY just throw him a scroll that full with the list of the man that have been killed by poison
choong suk ask if he really show that to GC but CY said No
the one he gave to GC is different. it's a Bait
We back to the time when CY at GC's place and ask to speak privately
He gave GC the bloodstain letter that had been found by Daeman
and told GC because he couldn't read he doesn't understand the meaning
(hahaha..you told him you couldn't read ? :-bd)
so he ask GC help to assist him investigating the incident

chong suk keep asking but CY pretend to sleep and get mad when he keep asking
until he throw everything

hahaha. Daeman face is priceless ..he keep staring ES legs

even CY can't stop it either
she start to open her bag and bend her body

Es try to touch CY's hand to check his pulse. but he reject it
CY get mad because ES can enter the room without anyone notice
and ask the wooldachi to escort her to the royal medical office
ES lost her temper and start to throw her bag to CY
she keep yelling and crying blaming CY for everything that happen to her

DM meets a bared-legs ES at the entrance and is quite shocked by the view. LoL

ES came to treat his patient CY and comes inside.

Everyone his bewildered and hypnotised by her legs and gaps. (DK even has to maintain DB to approach ES ) )

CY is surprised too (and keeps throwing glances at her legs ) ) then looks annoyed.

ES says that if there is one thing she learnt during her medical studies, is that it's always the patient that comes to the doctor, not the inverse.

She tells him to come down and take off his clothes.

CY doesn't move.

She walk up to him and tells him he has to take off his clothes so that she can take a look at his wound. 

He still ignores her so she tries to take his hand to check his temperature but he slaps her hand (gently).

She scoffs that he doesnt need to worry, she isn't going to hold his hand but check if he has a fever.

CY asks his Woodalchi if this is a place where they can let enter anyone. He stands up and walks to his men, while ES is visibly hurt.

suddenly Cy push ES to the pillar
and then stare at the wooldachi ask them to leave without saying a word
Es try to run but fail
CY ask Es why she save him
Omo is he really say

when ES start to complain about his condtion ?

She throw her medical stuffs at him and yells thought her tears : "Yah! Crazy punk ! What did I do wrong ?!

But she can't, whereas she's stuck in this place.

She thought it was all a dream, but it's not.

Right, I stabbed you."

She pleads : "I'm really sorry. 

I'm sorry, so please let me treat you".

All the while, CY was looking at her.

When she ends her speech, he walks right toward her and push her on the pillar.

He glance at his Woodalchi who understand the message and leave quietly.

CY returns his attention to ES and prevent her from leaving his grab.

CY told her not to wander around and not come to the barrack that full of men, wait for him  in the royal medical office
and also not to reveal her lower body
ES just nod her head and start to walk away
when CY suddenly raised his hand and ES catch it to check his pulse
and compare the hand temperature with her forehead
she realize that CY had a fever and give him a bottle of aspirin
she told him Not to die..Please Not to die..
