Someone bumped this up so I'll update my POV since I posted here a long time ago before. My doc said they are cysts but not the biiiiiig ones that usually pop sooner or later. They just stay there (no harm), you can remove them by visiting a dermatologist. They basically just pop it for you but do it in a way that theres less chances of scarring/no scarring..so yeah :/
