It is not really popular with international viewers. As you can see this thread is so dead. But slowly subs will come. It is even harder with subs now because mega is gone.

MBC has started broadcasting with English subtitles in So Calif. recently.  Think up to episode 4 or 6???  week ending Mar 17. Also cannot find Eng subs anywhere.  Am liking this series as it isn't based upon teen angst.   Plus, it is a little quirky.
