new version dl problem?
has anyone else got the problem
that after they download the new version of msn live messenger
that it says the download failed or it's missing a file?

Just redownload it. I have it downloaded and using it without problems.

If problem continues, clear your Temporary Internet Files (IE) or FF's cache and try again. Be sure to download from a trusted location.

No, I think the actual MSN messenger site is down. I was thinking about being "cool" and installing MSN messenger and couldn't find a working link on the microsoft site. NOt much we can do other than go to oldversion.com to get the old version for now.
