The graduation photo has spurred some to speculate that he was born with single eyelids and had cosmetic surgery. If so, it's strange no one asked him. I know of many who came forth or responded positively to such questions. Eg. Park Min Yang, Uee and even JSY. I think for the male stars, its a lot less common. 

@mrdimples whether he got single or double eyelids, he is still our dearie. Ever if he got single on one eye and double on the other we still ♡ him rite? Anyway we are attracted first to his personality & talents, then his looks. BTW, i hav friends who hav single eyelids during childhood which later became double without surgery. Even if he really got those double with help of a specialist there's nothing wrong with it. Itz duch a common cosmetic procedure these days.

@mrdimples, you mean Jin Se Yeon had plastic surgery? I also did wonder if Joo Won had done something to his eyes but then it may just be the process of growing up. Usually if people get their eyelids done, they will look balanced like Uee's but Joo Won's left and right double eyelids are not so they are probably natural. 
Anyone wants to see how Joo Won's daughters will look like?

Does he really looks like Kang Dong Won? I don't know this actor but I've seen his pictures when I googled it. I can't see the likeness.Is it the eyes? Joo Won's sexier. The dimples... I think @mrdimples would prefer Joo Won's. I'm sorry but I can't see how Joo Won looks like Kang Dong Won. Maybe at first glance but they don't look alike. @mojobobo @coolreborn i know for a newbie actor to be said to look like a more experienced senior, it is a honour and an advantage in attracting attention of audience or stand out fr amidst so many newcomers in the entertainment industry esp in korea. However, personally, i'm getting quite tired of reading abt how JW looks like KDW or TOP of BigBang. No doubt tat is true, i wld rather ppl now know JW for his excellent performance or his aeygo-ness or his sincerity, etc
