I can't help but let out a few tears when I heard Yong's version of Banmal song...WAHHH Why do this couple have to be sooo beautiful? Seriously, if this is not love then...what the hell is?

The chorus at the end...did he harmonize with the brothers? everytime I hear that part, I can imagine Yong serenading Hyun with his brothers.

Question, did Yong keep some of the lyrics from the original (duet version)?

Lol, wat i did was DL the song and then u know (for those ppl who have ipods) how u can put the lyrics attached to the song, and read them while singing along? i did that, cuz who wouldn't wanna sing along? i can read korean, it's not hard, but it's just understanding wat ur reading that's the hard part. so sweeet.

Question, did Yong keep some of the lyrics from the original (duet version)?

Sorry to cut your post, but he only kept the original lyrics for the chorus (which he then changed again after the bridge.)

I actually wanted to keep my distance from YongSeo for the time being, but yeah... seems like once you're in it, it's impossible to get out ain't it? I bought the song (thank goodness for Paypal! <-- love you.) and even replayed it sick on the site itself.

I wonder if Seohyun has listened to the song first before it got released?

And I totally love the cover - everything oozes with love. The heart-shaped leaves on the trees, the flowers in the back, the two birds in love and two cats adorably leaning against each other and most of all; the two people themselves.

The soft, darker shade on their cheeks as to display the shy approach of love, the bashful attitude of the girl having her eyes closed while fiddling with her fingers/hands and the guy gazing at her with roses behind his back - a love that has yet to be confessed, but is slowly coming judging by the distance between them.

Ah, I'm in love.

Hello Gogumas! A BIG HELLO from the cold US State of Connecticut.

I really need some help. I purchased the Soribada card and I went to the website. I think I downloaded the song, but I can't read Korean. I tried to translate it, but it's not working. I clicked on the pic that u all have shared on this forum so I know I went to the right place. It gave me two choices and I chose the first one. Before I can download it, it made me download some Adobe program. After I dl' the Adobe program, it let me download the song. Now my problem is trying to find where it is saved so I can listen to it. I am not understanding what is going on. If any one could help, I would really appreciate it.

I really love this couple. Yonghwa is obviously in love with her. I do hope they could date after WGM. They are both so successful and busy right now I would understand if they don't decide to date right away. Hopefully they will remember these times they shared together later on when they are both grown and mature. For now I will just enjoy this young love story of theirs.

WOW our talented Yong. Honestly I was really hoping that Yong would complete the Banmal Song, because I wanted to hear his true feelings towards Hyun. And I got it, the song is a sweet reminiscent of how his love has grown towards Hyun. Aaah Love Love Love. I think every starlet must be so jealous of Hyun to have a song dedicated to you and the lyrics a full out confession of love.

It's me again. Sorry I just found where it was saved. I actually downloaded it twice to find out where it was located, lol. Oh well I guess it will help the sales of this song then. I love this song. I hope Seobaby is listening to this now. I shed a tear while listening to it so I know she did too.

AHHH! SO HAPPY! I was expecting the song tomorrow (on the 14th) but it's such an awesome surprise to get it today!! LOVE IT! I totally teared up a bit when I read the lyrics and heard the song! It's totally on repeat right now!

I've been working on a YongSeo fanvideo with SNSD's "I want to dream with you (forever)" and last week's episode is perfect for it because they sleep together on the train!! But after hearing this song, I think I might just start a fanvideo with it instead and do the other one later! Ahhh, so much to do, so little time! xD I'll be posting it here eventually...

The song is absolutely gorgeous, isn't it? From the lyrics to the melody to the acoustic arrangement to Yonghwa's husky-sweet voice. I've been playing this song non-stop ever since midnight, but I don't seem to be able to get enough of the song.

I quoted the translation of the lyrics for a reason, though. The translation is wonderful. I was going to translated the lyrics, but I held back since the lyrics have been translated so beautifully already.

However... I wanted to point out some very minor but very delicate thing, though. It is a very minor but makes a huge difference in delivering the delicate detail of true beauty of Yonghwa's Korean lyrics, though.

He does it very often with his Korean lyrics, making very minor changes in the lyrics but one that has a huge impact in the over all beauty of his lyrics. He did that with Love Light and he does again here. This is the reason I love his Korean lyrics so much. It is little sad that there is no way we can translate fully how beautiful his Korean lyrics really are.

Here is the part that I am talking about:

우리 서로 사랑하는 사이가 되기를

잡은 두손 영원히 놓지 않을꺼야

바라보는 너의 눈빛속에

행복한 미소만 있길 바래

In previous translations, these parts are translated same:

What Yonghwa actually wrote is this in the second part. Instead of just repeating "우리 서로 사랑하는 사이가 되기를 (Hopefully we can fall in love with each other)" again second time around, he makes a slight variation in the lyrics, but this slight change makes a huge impact in the meaning of this last part of the song. He wrote this way second time around, "우리 서로 사랑하는 사이가 될꺼야 (Probably we will fall in love with each other.)"

First time, Yonghwa voiced out his hopefulness that they would fall in love. Second time around, he voices his certainty that they would fall in love with other. ^^ Do you see the subtle but huge difference? I simply love the way Yonghwa writes this way when he is writing his Korean song lyrics. He really is a poet and romantic at heart, isn't he?

(I am so sorry. Please forgive me. I didn't mean to say that previous translations are wrong. I just didn't wan these kind of subtle beauty of Yonghwa's lyrics to get lost in the translations. I hope you understand... )

First of all really love this couple and how their relationship flows!!!

I've stopped posting about 2 mths ago, but how i love all our dear friends in this thread! every postings had their own way of showing their love for this yongseo couple. Although even there are a few with harsh words, I take it as this is a reality to the world we live in, with different kind of characters. Anyway i am from singapore, one of the ahjumma, or shall i change to ommoni? (maybe i was influenced by the last episode from yong's mum.)

I will obediently check on this thread everyday, on the latest news on this couple, sometimes i embarrass myself to my 3 grown up children. Even my youngest asked me why I am too engrossed with this couple, I replied I just want to see how's the relationship flows, i've been predicting this since knowing seohyun will be in wgm partnered with yong hwa, that she will definitely fall in love with him, and i even said to my daughter it is 100% impossible not to fall in love! My children laughed at me!! "Mum, how old are you to look into this kind of love?" i did not reply and just laughed together with them. But remember I was once young just like everyone of you and yongseo couple relationship is too sweet memories for me!

On my previous posting I remember that I mentioned that at that moment they were in the process of learning to love one another, but now with this song, with seohyun no objection of yonghwa's solo single, I pronounce that they are both in love!!!! TIME TO SPAZZZZZZZZZZZZ (The guide was excellent now I have the song in my computer and listening from Soribada to increase the number of listenings, this is the first time in my life that I go to this extreme, to buy a digital single from a site in another language... Yonghwa the things I do for you boy, but I love you!!!)
