Not really, in my opinion. Kim Jung Hoon has always resembled more of Kang Sung Hoon to me.

I did notice they look alike. Especially that episode of Banjun with Kim Jung Hoon, I thought he was Se7en. But also I have thought that Kang Sung Hoon and Kim Jung Hoon have looked simialar, but Kang Sung Hoon doesn't really look similar with Se7en.
